Strokermjcomanche
I'm guilty of number 5 . Manche ranks up there for me , can not figure out why though . The best I can come up with is taking a couple letters out of a word , or not calling it what it actually is .

jimoshel
Or else! This is usually added at the end of a sentence, or threat. Not me. Most often used by a child when questioned by a parent.

HOrnbrod
Starting a sentence with SO ! that is improper English? I hate that. To me, it's interchangeable with using words like "Uh", or "Duh", to start a sentence. Like "So, (or Uh, or Duh,) do you want me to kick your azz?" I don't know if it's proper English or not, but it sounds stupid.
