deziped
Bolted in steering box brace from Kevin's Off Road. Easy install. It connects frame rail to frame rail and clamps to steering box. More solidification for the weak MJ uni-frame on my 4.0. Difference in steering was noticeable.

AMCJeepMJ
Put 2 bags of sand in the bed for winter along with a home-built wooden box frame made of 2x4s so the sand doesn't slide forward and remains centered between wheel arches.
mvusse
Reinstalled front pipe and "muffler", ditto bellhousing inspection cover, swapped play tires out for 29" stockers (looks funny as all can be) and took it for a drive. Holy smokes! The brakes actually work now!!!! I must have set the record for taking longest to replace a rear main seal. I think it was over a month ago when I started on it. johnnyc
Used the truck to go to UPS and pick up an Xmas present from BFG. The four 245/75/16s are going on the MJ when I downsize. I went straight to a tire shop to mount these on some Moab wheels. The other two tires - 35x12.5x15s - I'll probably sell.

relyt120
Picked up another bed my family thinks I have an obsession..and i think they are right! :rotf: surprised I didn't get pulled over on the way home, luckily it is only like 3 miles. Picked it up for 150 + tax at my pnp, they made me pay extra for the bedliner that was in it though, another $20, worth it. Its a duraliner and I love the way it mounts in there! No holes anywhere and its tight. This bed is destined to be on the bumblebee and in the mean time before I can finish painting Clair-E I will put the bumblebee's bed onto her. Blue88Comanche
Swapped the front axle on my MJ, and replaced a u-joint on the front drive shaft. My Comanche is a 4wd MJ again! I set the 242 to 4wd Full time. I still need to get the shifter handle hooked up, after I make a ax-15 linkage mount...
