Correct me if I'm wrong but that 10 slot looks like a grand Cherokee grill... But great score nonetheless....

Sweet! Have you driven it yet? You'll love the 4.10s... Also, how did you set pinion angle? I'm going to do a similar swap in mine and disk brakes just want some insight...thanks -

Nice! When I went to chile in August every other corner I saw one of these and the Chevy montanas.... Great progress! -
That's what happened to me..the rear brake in the proportioning valve is considered an emergency bypass... You need to use the line that's on the front of the proportioning valve that goes to the load sensing valve. Here's a pic of mine not perfect... And here's a write-up one of our members just did... http://comancheclub.com/topic/51268-load-height-sensing-valve-delete-bypass/?do=findComment&comment=522116

Sneak peak...35s! Definitely need to bump stop up front and rear but no rubbing except a bit on the front inner pinch Seam but other than that I'm loving the stance...

No fluid going to rear braskes when bleeding
88whitemanche replied to Newton's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I have tried removing the bleeder screws and even the disconnected the brake line itself from the caliper to see if it will gravity bleed itself but still nothing Did you try from the prop valve itself? might be clogged... -
Try running a fully loaded Mack fuel tanker with 20 forward speeds around winding narrow city streets for a couple of years. You won't love it for long. Worst job I ever had. Never again do I want to shift manually............... I'm actually studying for my cdl as we speak... My company does delieveries close to that amount of trailers and containers everyday for 12+ hours... When you mentioned that I had to think what type of vehicles my drivers drive and they all have automatics lol

I daily drove a 5sp for an hr+ commute for years. Not being bored with the car/truck was always worth the "hassle" of the occasional traffic jam to me. In your case, that T56 with double OD would permit you to run some crazy deep gears and still keep the revs low on the highway; a recipe for the perfect DD in my book! ^thisBoth my jeeps are manual and Get daily driven. I love it!

I'm sorry if I didn't explain my situation properly..but to answer ur question yes xj valve is up front and necessary plumbing done correctly..When you put in the zj plunger(internals) in the prop valve did you bleed it? -
Height sensing valve delete final questions
88whitemanche replied to SBpunk's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I forgot about this part...the hard line I knew I was going to use I cut the end to the the fitting off and the other end that went to the soft line and swapped that over to make it work... -

Height sensing valve delete final questions
88whitemanche replied to SBpunk's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Yes you plug that bottom port and I don't remember exactly which brake line I had to rebend but I followed the line which was the longest and used that one... After doing load sensing valve delete and wj double booster upgrade... My brakes are amazing! -

I guess to truly fix it right is to remove the whole back window...when I went from a full window to my sliding window the shop wire brushed it and added some rust inhibitor....the rust was pretty bad and I'm sure it's the reason for the leak in the passenger side floor board... -
So I've been saving up for gears for the 8.25 and for the actual install... I came across a deal on some 35s! Can't wait to get them installed but it'll have to wait until Friday! Also my ruffstuff Dana 30 diff cover came in!
