I have a set in the classified section, but I would like to keep the Comanche and X emblems together as a set.

Just have AAA tow it to your house. You need a longer drive shaft. Looks like it was barely in. Your lucky it didn't stick in the ground and flip your truck.

Looks like Cherokee seats with the pocket on the back side.. Comanche seats have the carpet at the top. Seats that tilt have the side lever. Can't see the side lever in the pictures you posted. Two door Cherokee seats will work the same. Ask for a picture showing the lever on the side.

What a simple fix.

Sounds like your temp switch fails to open at the correct temp or at all. Maybe that the switch contacts welded themselves together.

Ask the seller of the cable what size winch it came off of. You don't want a cable not rated for your winch.

Finally got around to painting around my door windows black. Just trying to keep the Comanche Chief look. I also painted the side vents. Have to do my door handles, since they are faded.

I think the spring just hold the switch in place. The ignition cylinder pushes down on the piece of plastic above that slot cutout. Then the two pieces of brass or copper make contact with each other. Just a guess by looking at it.

I was thinking open cooling system. I converted both of my renix jeeps to open type. Expansion tank never crossed my mind.

I don't think you can over fill a cooling system. How old are the hoses? My life experiences say, when one hose breaks, change them all, saves on coolant. Good time to change the belt also.

I guess he lifted it so the exhaust pipe won't drag the ground.

Nice looking truck. The previous owner of mine painted it the same as yours, minus the pinstripe. I redid mine as a Comanche Chief clone.

If you turn your headlight switch, do the interior lights come on? Your steering column should have nothing to do with the lights, unless some how it is back feeding through your buzzer, but the buzzer uses it own side of the dual pin door switch. Is the wiring factory or has it been modified somewhere?

Looks like it might have a bent front axle. Quite a bit of camber.
