If someone would send me one for 2.5 i'm more than certain the same place could make more. The problem is every year is different on the labels and also different engines too . It's cheaper when you have a big run of them done instead of one for every year. And in that case, we need quite a bit of demand for them to make it worthwhile . I don't even remember what I spent for the ones I currently have, but for a little piece of paper is pretty expensive that I recall.

At one point in time national made repair kits that solved that issue . Basically it was a thin piece of metal that you slid over the shaft it would make the diameter greater so the seal would be tighter around the shaft. not sure if they make it for that specific application, but I'm sure local parts store will tell you if they do or not. I happen to not work at One anymore to tell you if they do or not I'd also like to add if you're bearing is shot, the shaft will not be turning true which will allow fluid to come out. Maybe looking to have the tail shaft bearing replaced

There isn't a good lock out there in my opinion. Only keeps honest people from getting in.

Not sure where you're located, but I would check car part, they have quite a few transmissions with roughly 60,000 miles on them. May be worth it if it's close to you, or shipping. I believe anything up to a 97 should work for you. The 97 will need a plug change, hopefully that'll help you expand your search. 87 through 90 will be at 21 spline( so you would have to change the input gear or Tcase also ) so you want to stick with 91 to 97 I had the AW4 transmission rebuilt in my black truck, cost me $900. There was an option for a shift kit, which was about $200 more . Going on eight years, with zero issues .

One more piece to the puzzle . Also waiting on boostwerks billet fuel sender to be available.

Maybe try some tin foil? it would resist the heat and if you spread it evenly enough will be a good reflector

My 91 is by the airbox, I'm assuming the 92 would be also

I didn't think that rocker trim was Mopar, maybe it is. Wasn't there a company that made something the same if not similar to it?

I believe on the 92 should be by the airbox.

If you look through the shifter hole in the floor pans you will see two white stickers. The numbers will tell you what Transmission it is. Judging by the height of the shifter it came out of Wrangler. If it's a five speed, it looks to be a nv3550 / if it's a six speed it's a NSG 370. Again those numbers will tell you exactly what it is

Here goes nothing lol. I've had plenty of jeeps with the closed cooling system. I have never had an issue, this issue is caused by buying cheap expansion tanks / and or filling the tank too far . I understand if you're dead set on the open system, but if you aren't I would buy the macs expansion tank or a quality OEM Mopar one. I've also ran the spectra and or Murphy radiators that come from AutoZone etc., most of mine have at least six years on with zero issues and a lifetime warranty , and others have been sold. Also have a CSF aluminum radiator in my black truck, installed in 2013 with zero issues as well. The seller I purchased it from Gave a lifetime warranty as well, i'd have to go back through my records to see who it was if that something you're interested in.

Is it something special that you can't put another radiator in it?and where did you break down at?

The interior is all back in, the rear seats were pretty cut up and I replaced those with some better shape originals.I was going to replace the front seats with some Katskin leather covers that I have, but the shade is off a bit. So I found some rough country seat covers to put on for now. Also fixed blower motor resistor and clean the whole interior while it was all part. located a parts XJ that was the same color and swapped the faded out flares for ones that had better paint. Also swap the hood and header panel for the same reason. Surprisingly enough, the air works as well. Took it for a test drive and I left Front wheel was hanging up. So I put new calipers and hoses on and all is good now . I was thinking about painting the roof being it's faded and all, but for the time being I don't wanna do it. I may in the future if it doesn't sell, which is what I'm trying to do now.
