looooots of patience. it's super easy to melt the plastic with a full-on heat gun if you pause in a spot for too long. eventually I'm going to try the oven method with one of my crappier tails.

I'll be michigan soon. should be showing up some time on sunday and staying through weds morning. I can also just leave the leafs in the shed and you can pick them up at your leisure. -

give it hell! also make sure you have a way out after you get stuck pushing the new limits. -
tech questions should probably go in the Tech forum. more eyeballs will see it (unfortunately not everyone reads the builds on a regular basis), and then it'll be searchable for future owners.
