X2. Obviously it's not a rust belt truck. Welcome aboard.
  2. To answer your question, the common 4WD hubs appeared first on the mid-92 MJ models, not the 91 models. So your easiest option is to grab a used 2WD or 4WD XJ front axle (whichever you prefer) from a 93 and up instead of trying to convert your existing 2WD front axle. I have to do the same thing one of these days on my 91 2WD............
  3. Check the block casting number. 1987-90 53005535 (8933002665) 1991-95 53008405 1996-98 53020569 1999-04 53010449
  4. The Actron 9145 AutoScanner can read Jeep Chrysler ODD1 codes as well. http://comancheclub.com/topic/46667-actron-obd1-scanner/?hl=actron
  5. I had one put in years ago, a CRL 15' x 30" pop-up. No leaks ever, even through the car wash. Depends if the installer knows what he's doing, as in anything else.
  6. Agree with the thermostat housing as the most likely cause.
  7. That's the best only if you don't know how the load sensing valve works or how to make it work. "The best combo." :rotfl2:
  8. Doesn't work for me. Just goes to PB directly and opens the same "update your account or die" original image..........
  9. I have over 800 images on Photobucket. You can download your PB album to your hard drive, rename the pics, then do a batch upload to your new host. The only problem is finding a reliable new host.
  10. So how much did the bastids charge you to continue using their site?
  11. A desperation marriage made in hell. :rotfl2: You only tell yourself that because you can't admit that you secretly envy those of us with Renix MJs. We both be olde pharts my friend, but you have gone delusional already.
  12. A desperation marriage made in hell. :rotfl2:
  13. Hmmm. I've been linking photos here for several years using Photobucket and no problems. So far..........
  14. The "Clock" fuse is for the dash clock, not the radio clock. It really shares nothing in common with the "Gauges" fuse that I can see that would cause both of them to blow, except maybe the chime module which is plugged into the cab fuse block. I've read posts in the past that these can short out internally and blow fuses. I'd yank that out too just in case and see if it does any good. It's the blue box (can also be black) in the pic below.
  15. Maybe not. It's a MS truck.........
  16. Hilborn mechanical injection came out shortly after WW2 and is still around today. Nothing looks more impressive to me than an early Chrysler hemi with those big ole Hilborn velocity stacks.
  17. The missing grommet will not cause this. Mine's been missing forever. For your 94 4.0 you need the p/n 56026921 CPS. EDIT: Does the connector have three round pins or three flat pins?
  18. Standard sealed beams. I can replace the fuse and the problem goes away for awhile, but do you have any thoughts on why it keeps melting?! Exactly which fuse is melting? Where is it and how is it labeled?
  19. I'd pull the radio and take it's connector off. Then replace the blown fuses and see how long they last. While you're in there, look for any "foreign" splices on the radio harness.
  20. Aftermarket radio?
  21. This washer isn't installed on the track bar. It's installed where the right side tie rod end connects to the drag link, so the track bar size doesn't matter.
  22. That would look great chromed.
  23. What do you have for headlamps? Standard sealed beams or something else, like halogens?
  24. Good job on the Muntz. You posted the AMX3. I was just reading about that beauty last night. https://www.hemmings.com/blog/2013/08/30/one-of-six-amx3-comes-up-for-sale/
  25. One other comment regarding Cherokee XJ 2DR and 4DR rear fender flare differences: THERE ARE NONE! 2DR & 4DR REAR FLARES ARE THE SAME!
