Pete M Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 I've looked at this catalog a million times and just now noticed that the bedliner in the photo doesn't say "Comanche", it says "Jeep".
eaglescout526 Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 I’ve seen a few MJs that had both liner variants and for sale before. Funny you should mention that. The JTs bedliners just say Jeep on them.
gogmorgo Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 Yeah, mine does. Came in my ‘91 long bed. Don’t know if it’s original to the truck though or not.
MiNi Beast Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 yeah but mine has comanche on it. so its cooler.
Tex06 Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 I've got the tailgate portion of one. I know that's no help 😂

MiNi Beast Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 honestly i could use it or would use it. all i have is the gate end cap on it.
Torq_Shep Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 I mean I would be interested in a shortbed liner. That same yard has a long bed one but no idea what type as it is full to the edge with other body parts.
eaglescout526 Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 I would take one if I could ever find one. I found one a while back on FB market place that said Comanche on it and I messaged the seller if he had it. Said yes and asked if $50 was still the asking price and the munch never got back to me.

87MJTIM Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 Mine used to have a dealer installed liner. There was no lettering on it.
89 MJ Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 Has anyone ever seen the sheepskin seat covers? That sounds unique.
War_Pony89 Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 Pete would probably like those.... No chaffing and hypoallergenic. My seat is starting to give out a bit, maybe I need some too.

MiNi Beast Posted November 10, 2020 Posted November 10, 2020 they are nice. my mom had a set in her car. great in the winter time, before they had butt warmers.

Pete M Posted November 10, 2020 Author Posted November 10, 2020 I bought my 88 when it was about 10 years old and the plastic seats had started to crack and try to pinch my legs. so I bought a pair of cheap "wool" seat covers and they were just the most comfortable thing! but, they were cheap and wore out so I bought another pair and put them on top of the old. even better! but then they wore out too and I wised up and swapped out the seats. I imagine the good ones were pretty dang nice
BeatCJ Posted November 10, 2020 Posted November 10, 2020 My stepdad ordered a 1987 F-350 4x4 diesel. He had a turbo, Aluminum wheels and 35x12.50/16.5 BFG ATs, color matched canopy and a chocolate sheepskin installed before he picked it up. The seat cover lasted until 2012 before I had to get rid of it, with just over 300,000 miles on it. So yeah, the good ones are nice. My daughter is spending a bunch of money getting it remanufactured. Third owner, still in the family.
Pete M Posted December 1, 2020 Author Posted December 1, 2020 annnnnnnnnd I now own one. came free with this most recent bed purchase can't use it in the trailer though as it's an under rail. maybe someday I'll find some bed caps and change my mind but I love my trailer being water tight up front and along the upper edges.
