tj21
Finally figured out my MAP sensor vacuum line wasn't plugged in. Put a new one on and improved my gas mileage from a consistent 4 mpg up to 10 mpg after a hilly 40 mile trip, mostly in 3rd gear. She's starting to run like a real truck now. 4?? Holy $#!&. I thought 17 in my TJ wasn't so hot.. With gas at about $4 / gallon and my mileage at 4 mpg, it made it easy to calculate trip costs: 1 mile = $1. Failed emissions test today. 220 max hydrocarbons allowed, I came in at 4960.

AMCJeepMJ
Put a set of satin black Cherokee Sport wheels on with new 235/75s. Too bad they're only 4 ply instead of 6 ply tires. Regardless, smooth as silk at 75.

jimoshel
I didn't do it. Bought it about a week ago that way. Fella said his kid did it. Had it buried in a mud hole and was racing the engine to get out. Postmortem says it didn't have any, or was low on oil.

mnkyboy
Today I replaced the hinges on the drivers door and cut out my door striker that some previous owner with no clue tried to repair. I got a new striker in and rebuilt the sheet metal around it then rehung both doors, now both of my doors open and close correctly and my drivers door seals like it should. huntinandhopin
Put it to work. MIL car broke down (96 Geo Metro)...fuel pump went out. So BIL and myself go over to the next town to take a look at it. We ended up towing it to my house using my truck. I get the pleasure of replacing the fuel pump tomorrow. I also added a diamond plate toolbox to it.
