While replacing the water pump and thermostat I snapped the head off the upper t-stat housing bolt. Was able to drill it out and found the housing to be in pretty bad shape so I’m waiting for a new one but luckily have an extra bolt. Also replaced the harmonic balancer since I was in there.

The harmonic balancer looked like it was ready to be replaced.

Added a tissue box holder. Cut down a standard sized 4.5" cube tissue box to about 1/3 of the original volume. Fits pretty nice and the tissues come out naturally with no fiddling. Uses standard sized 8.3in tissues. Winnner winner, chicken dinner. :L:

Congrats!  How'd you fix it?

If I'm not mistaken the maintenance required light is simply run off a timer. I believe it was set up so that light would come on at certain mileage intervals to remind you to take it to be serviced. But it's been a long time since I had a maintenance timer.

Pull the timer out. As far as I know without special equipment it can't be reset.

That's renix. I have an H.O. so there is no timer.

I duplicated the screw plugs in the front trim pieces. The fit, finish and color are so close its crazy.

The front caps are smaller than the rear ones.

All the ones shown here are printed.

That's fantastic. Are you gonna make these available for purchase, either the finished ones or an stl? What kind of build plate are you using for that surface finish?

I'm thinking about it! What color are you looking for?  I used a rough texture pei plate and printed the first layer slow for better texture. Thanks

I would need honey for my interior, no clue what filament would match that. Suppose they could always be painted.  I have a smooth pei sheet on mine and the factory magnetic sheet that creality has that makes a little texture, but it's not as rough or close to original as yours.

Bet if you thought about producing these, they would go like hot cakes on here.

I would definitely buy a set of medium blue hotcakes if you start producing these. You've got quite a portfolio of parts drawn up. You should totally start selling stuff.

Cool. I sent some to @coheed

To get an idea on part fitment.  I need to camp out at my local microcenter and see what color closely matches blue then stock up close colors. I've got gray interior parts and I'm going to try and match the major colors.

drove over an hour to get to Breanne's MJ (it was soooo much easier when it was sitting in my driveway!) to change out the radiator (which will hopefully stop the overheating) and change the oil (because I was there anyways).  also discovered that the front axle ujoint has given up :sad2:, so that's next on the list (along with adding side-facing turn indicators and wiring in the new sensor so the efan can turn on)
