  1. Welcome... Feel free to ask away, but don't be affraid of the search feature to try and help you find stuff here too. This site is loaded with info so spend a little time reading and looking. As said above, you likely have a D35 rear and D30 front axle, but compare them to the pics provided to be sure.
  2. I find it hard to believe that you would go with Rusty's stuff after nearly everyone on here that has had a lift from them will tell you to stay away from them. They are not known for having anything worth much for us from what I have read on here. They're prices are "cheap" for a reason :smart: . Yes...235's were and optional tire size from what I remember.
  3. X2 ... just what I was going to say.
  4. He said a hellofalot just to tell someone something that they should already know ;) :laughin: $2500 - $3000 will likely be high end right now...especially since you are in the South East. The guys up North & West seem to get higher prices.
  5. 8) Cool... Gotta love the storms this time of year too. Every day in the mid to late afternoon [typically] they come rolling through. I drove through one on the way home from work two nights ago that I later foound out had 240 lightning strikes in a 2 mile radius in just 20 minutes. I saw a cell phone tower only 300 feet away from me get hit 3 times while I was sitting at a traffic light.
  6. Where are you in Florida. Your pics seem to end in the mid section...west coast so I am thinking you are somewhere in that area.

    Beer:

Yep... Beer drinkers ... have you tried... ;)
  8. I would, at minimum, pour some fresh oil in it, squirt some marvel mystery oil on all the spark plug holes and turn the crank by hand several revolutions to be sure it is good & free. If you wish to spin it a little faster...you could use an impact gun to spin it a bit, but do it by hand first to be sure it turns.
  9. I have always used the "twist test" for my vehicles too...that is the ones that have an adjustable tensioner anyway.
  10. That is great :D I'll bet they are expensive though...if one could be purchased.
  11. Think external Hard Drive... :smart: I learned the hard way one time too, but I bought an external and I do regular back-ups to it about once every two weeks. I have lost one computer since having the external and it was a snap to set up the new one because I lost nothing bu the time it took to set it all up again ;) . I have a PC & a laptop so I partitioned the external so I can back them both up on the same unit. 8)
  12. Sorry I can't help with project info for you, but good luck with it. It's always a blast to do a big build like that. You should be sure to start a project thread in the "Projects Forum" ;)
  13. Push the button on the spammer...
  14. The vacuum switch on the t-case is most likely stuck open. It has happened on both of my Jeeps now. If it's a 231...you will find it as shown in this pic...

    Oops.

I was a mod there for a long time. I am member #33 there, but I had to give it up because I could not get along with the owner (Cody) and one of the other mods.
  16. Based on info given and what I see...I agree with the $1500 - $2000 range. I would start it at $2000 and allow offers.
  17. As far as I know, I can still get all the front retainers. With the CC discount, it will run you around $65 (plus shipping) for all 6 pieces. Retail they will cost you closer to $100.
  18. You will be fine as long as you don't open the whole system up with a large diameter pipe all the way back.
  19. Thanks Guys! BHZTAZ is hooking me up with one of the newer styles and hopefully that will work out a little better in the long run... Wade Got it in today...be in the mail tomorrow
  20. Please read everything before replying. He has already stated that he has tried to contact them ;) . He is not bashing anyone...just simply asking for some help.
  21. Image Not Found I tried, but you can't really tell it's a BLL anymore when it's that small.
  22. I know they have been having a few issues, but they are good people and I am sure they will make it right. Be sure to send a PM through this site if you have not yet.

    NADA Prices

 Damnitman... I hope this works as I had to look it up myself. Click here to see it
  24. I found it VERY good with Pepper Jack cheese, Hot Sausage, Chicken, Tex-Mex, Hot Dogs, Hot Wings, Hamburgers, Chili, Spaghetti...ahhh Hell...it's just good... :D I have had to back off of the amount I am drinking though as I have just been diagnosed with the "early onset of type II diabetes". I have stopped drinking completely during the week and keep it to just 3-4 spread out through the day on weekends.
  25. How about one made out of a complete Jeep... Kind of a waste of a good CJ, but it's pretty damned cool :D .
