  1. You can probably make him a lower offer that he would accept. A lot of his listings are "Buy It Now or Best Offer". $100 doesn't seem too outrageous, Spencer at http://jeepsticker.com sells ELIMINATOR decals for $145.
  2. That looks like the one I replaced on my AX15. Team Cherokee has the Peugot mount for $78, near the bottom of page 1!! http://www.teamcherokee.com/Transmission/index.html
  3. This seller on eBay has them autographixdesign. He doesn't have a current listing but I just asked him, his reply: Yes I have them on file.. what colors did you need? The kit is 99.95 plus shipping.
  4. It's called a headlight delay module. It's located behind the knee panel to the left of the steering wheel, the silver box in the picture below. The wiring is on p66 of the '88 Electrical manual, but everything should be plug-and-play http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=12734&hilit=electrical. Just saw the years of your XJs, not sure of "newer" models.
  5. This is for an '88 should mostly apply, '89s are slightly different. Hope this helps. And welcome. http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=12734&hilit=electrical+manual
  6. I have a shifter boot and retainer ring. The boot has a small hole in it that can't be seen unless you stretch it out. How about $10 total for both (shipping included)? Image Not Found Image Not Found
  7. Damn, you have a whole tribe. Congratulations, I'll keep an eye out for a '92 for you. ;)
  8. pm'ed you on bench bracket
  9. All three of my MJs have functioning stock Jeep AM/FM/cassette players. I use them with a cassette adapter for my MP3 player all the time. I prefer this to the transmitter since inevitably a radio station will start coming in.
  10. The '89 hauling an engine home for its '88 brother (seen in the background).
  11. Get well soon, the MJ needs you.
  12. Why not, it's not under pressure.
  13. Another case where "just because something can be done does not mean it should be done" applies. :ack:
  14. Zip ties and duct tape hold the world together.
  15. Are you looking for just the AM/FM radio or the AM/FM/cassette?
  16. I'm in the process of replacing the 280K+ engine in my '88 with an 110K '89 and was going to buy a new exhaust manifold. I have this same question about what manifold to purchase for replacement, all help is appreciated. Good luck Wade.
  17. If your seats look like this the frames are the same. These are '88 MJ frames with '92 4 door XJ covers. I had to zip tie the covers a little.
  18. All you need a stronger oil pan :rotf: I'm sure many "rods through the pan" pics are similar
  19. Looks great Joe. Can't wait to see it with the bed completed. You're a better man than I, my SporTruck decals are still hanging in the spare room.
  20. You might just need a new one. They're only $10, it's not worth the time removing, modifying, reinstalling and having it work the same. I replaced mine a while ago because it stopped working. The replacement one from Kragens took a lot of pedal travel to engage, took it back, got one from NAPA and it's very sensitive.
  21. If you want new lines here are the parts from NAPA. 7151367 from cover to bracket $25 7151366 from bracket to air box $25 7151365 from cover to air box $10
  22. Yes, I agree , or chrome, unless it's a chrome truck :rotf:
  23. Hey Don what is that on the end of your shifter? And what did that bezel come out of? (excuse my poor grammar :rotf: )
  24. I don't like them, looks like you were too lazy to mask it off.
  25. Had the same question 2 years ago, now I know. http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12784&hilit=wire+knock
