http://cruiser54.com/?p=50 Here's cruisers CPS test. I have changed a couple. Get a nice array of extensions. Some long some really long and couple shorts. Get a good swivel then figure the combination to reach the bolts. When you are going back together black tape on the socket to hold the bolts is a life changer! -

Mine had a rust hole in the frame and I didn't let it go to the scrap yard!

As would I. Who knows what killed it. Hopefully not a differential.

Nope found it looking for axles on car- part. I bought the pair of axles from them. Asked for the VIN to check that the ratio was 4.10. Thought I should register it since I had the VIN and they had pictures on there.

89 MJ 5spd ax-15 start lockout?

Mine doesn't. Came in handy when she died in the intersection. Just drive out of it with the starter. -

Where can I buy one of these?
JMO413 replied to KANTANKRUS's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Doorman makes them. Part numbers 46003 and 46004. Most parts stores can get them. I bought mine on Amazon. I have found more people that work at the parts stores currently don't know the difference between a PCV valve and a spark plug! I always take them a part number. This really makes me sad beacuse the O'Reilly's in town used to have 4 real parts guys. They also had a lady that did their commerical line that was awesome. Since they have all retired it has went to crap. Not many real parts people out there anymore. -
