what are these things on either side of the grille?

I'm guessing your right Pete. I googled headlight washers UK and they have had them since 72. Would would have guessed they had them that far back. -

Deer whistles that they mounted wrong? They call them elephant whistles in the body shop beacuse we've never seen one hit an elephant with them installed. -
If it was 2 hours from me I would definitely have already been to look at it if not buy it. If it runs and shifts well I would say that's a decent price due to mileage. I have the puegeot in mine and it is fine for now. First time you replace the slave cylinder an AX-15 swap will be on your mind. The Dana 35 works and that about it. If you go with some 235/75/15 tires and don't race car drive it both should be good for a while. With all that being said any 30 year old vehicle will need some work done to it. Some when you get it and more down the road. The MJ platform is fairly easy to work on and this site makes it even better! Hope you can get it and welcome to the addiction!

Slide in cup holder. It takes a little room from the passenger seat but a car seat still fits. Cheap, easy, and beats no cup holder. Lol -
That chart is awesome!

Mine doesn't move on the tach anymore. The scanner shows it does. The tach stays still even when the scanner says it's fluctuating.

This is truly the answer I have been looking for.

Road force balance will get a better result than just spin balancing. It will also help tell if you actually have a bad tire.
-
If you feel like it that I would definitely like to know what it says. If your going to my second question is whether or not it does your idle jumping around. Mine jumps between 715 and 750 almost constantly. I'm guessing this from the O2 sensor switching from lean to rich. They change at about the same rate on the scanner.
-
This is just a general question. I have read through quite a few threads on here and there is no real answer to this question. Not looking for any real answer just data to compare. Mine idels at right about 750 according to the tach. That's what I believe the 2nd line on the tach is.

I should have elaborated better. When I installed the first one I had to adjust the throttle blade a turn or two to get it to read 17%. I was guessing it was too closed. I was wrong! With a minor legnthing if the slots of a different new one I was able to adjust it back and get 17%. I didn't want to but that's what it took. I did check + voltage and ground at the sensor before I went all macgiver in it. 5 volts and .2 ohms of resistance between the ground and the battery. I was guessing they were good. But checked to confirm. I have added quite a few grounds, deleted the C101, and redid the crap factory grounds for the sensors. Sensor ground to battery. A to B at the sensor connector.

So I made the slots a little longer in one of the other TPS sensors I had. Adjuster the throttle blade to cruisers tip. Installed modified sensor and set to 17%. It does idles at 750 on the tac. The MT2500 shows it jump between 715 and 750. It now idels the best it ever has!

I would agree with Ohm then.

Do you by chance have the scanner on trouble shooter or something like that. I only ask beacuse mine read like that after I was playing around with it. I just started over and it all worked correctly then. Add the vehicle like your starting from scratch.
