Can Spell Comanche

Can Spell Comanche (2/11)

  1. Gauge cluster swap today. Even matched the mileage. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  2. Power steering swap today. Went pretty easy. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  3. More twist & tape wiring work located. People... All repaired. Wonder if I'll ever stop finding this stuff in this truck. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  4. Subbed Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  5. This is cool. My buddy found pictures of my old XJ. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  6. Sub'd Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  7. Thought I had a bad bulb. Turned out I was a victim of twist and tape wiring. Back in biz. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  8. I didn't pull it up, didn't have time. I have had it up on the 2 post lift. Found one tiny goofball sized soft spot where your throttle heel would rest. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  9. We did weld a nut to it, then the bolt just broke. Drilled it with cheap bits and a cordless drill and a regular old 7/16 -20 NF tap. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  10. She cleaned up pretty good. The rough spots are still rough but its much less stained and ugly. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  11. That's kinda what I'm doing... Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  12. It's a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Don't use it on anything that isn't basically unsaveable. It's like using 800 grit. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  13. So this is my strategy for bringing a little bit of shine/smoothness back to the surface of the paint. So far I've done a fender just to see how well it does. Works pretty good on the smoother surfaces. Can you tell? Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  14. Man what an ordeal today was. I got my new driver seatbelt in so I decided to change it. The bottom bolt was of course completely rusted and stuck. Welders were involved, plastic was burned, finally we ended up just having to break the damn thing followed by a drill and tap session. A 10 minute job turns into 5 hours real quick. Such a damn scramble that I didn't take one damned picture. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
  15. For me I won't miss the cost of that new truck. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk
