Those fuel pressure numbers, could this be a stuck fuel pressure regulator? Check hose from FPR to manifold.

I've often wondered if using the fuel pump ballast resistor for a voltage drop could determine current flow thru the pump. This could just be wasted motion, but is simple to do. Hook VM across the ballast. Reading should be ≈3.0vdc under normal operation (at idle). Not sure what my question would be, but what does the VM do during the stall?

May not matter which came first, the light or the noid. What matters is that you get one and then the other, over and over again.

I think the factory wants them. That way when a vehicle is rolling off the line and doesn't start, the vehicle behind it can push it to the railhead. I've seen it happen.
