the soft lines are interchangeable. :thumbsup: though I don't know what the sizes are.

If any of you have a lift on your truck, get YJ front lines, as they are longer than stock MJ units. :thumbsup:

rustys had some serious quality control and design issues early on. hopefully they've improved somewhat.

not without a lot of work. that era wrangler has leaf springs up front. (and only had the Dana 35 as a rear axle)

Yeah but that's WAY to low. If I'm not wrong 28 psi is to low, I've always ran my truck tires at 35 psi :dunno: Also check into fox a bit more they can be had a few Penny's less then Bilsteins. Either way good luck :D Brandon um, 35 psi is used on cars and other modern lower profile tires, but taller tires generally don't need that much. :thumbsup: I got about 60k evenly-worn miles outta my 30" bfg ATs. and never was the pressure above 25 (and usually it was way less since the aluminum rims all leaked on me).

what's an AW5? did you mean AW4? AX-5? or (most likely) the AX-15?

you're running snow tires AND having issues? yeah, I guess that makes sense that a 2wd pickup would still need a bit of weight.

I would drop 3-4 psi outta the tires and see what happens. I only run about 24 psi in my jeeps. plus it's free to try. :yes:

How are those any better then a reg alt? Or even just a light truck tire? Brandon snow tires are in a league of their own. I mean the traction is phenomenal. makes snow seem like a light rain. last year I didn't know any better, but I was in desperate need of tires anyway so I figured what the heck, they were dirt cheap anyway. holy COW am I a believer now. My minivan was routinely out-performing 4x4s. best part is that they work great in rain, sun or snow. worst part is that you'll likely not see 20k miles out of them, so use them accordingly. here's an good example: I tried to go cheap last year and figured I only needed 2 tires since the van is front wheel drive. big mistake, as the regular all season tires (used but in good shape) I put on the back had a tendency of trying to break free in a turn on snow and swinging my butt around. the solution? I gunned the gas in a turn. the snow tires had so much traction they would pull the van out straight and keep everything in order. This year I'm going to be buying another pair of snow tires. :yes: or, if I can get my 90 MJ running reliably, I'll be buying 4 tires. I'm never going through another snowy winter without snow tires. :yes:

the sway bar has nothing to do with how the truck handles bumps and it's removal can make turning into a hair raising experience. just out of curiosity, what's the air pressure in your tires?

yup. it's simply on a timer. it's under the dash on the drivers side and is a clear plastic housing like 2x3 inches in size. just unplug it if you live in an area that doesn't require it to be functional. :thumbsup:

1.5-2" pucks and longer shackles is the cheapest way to bump it up a bit. :thumbsup: no, you won't have to alter the driveshafts.
