we have some stock driveshaft measurements in a thread in the DIY forum. :thumbsup: XJs have a foot less wheelbase than a shortbed MJ (add another 6" for a longbed) and so their rear shafts are too short to use as-is.

96 got some changes to the floorpans (same as 97+ rather than 95 and earlier), but either way, you'll need to massage an XJ pan to fit into an MJ. :thumbsup: it's been done.

all AX-15s are 23 spline output, same as your 92 auto. :thumbsup: stick vs manual is all about your personal preference. Either one will work fine.

WJ arms are the same length as MJ arms and should work up to 3" of lift. to run them you just need to trim the steel bushings a bit and I trimmed the bracket on the axle a bit too to get maximum flex. they provide much better on-road handling while still working very good offroad. The biggest benefit is that the bend provides for tire clearance while turning. :thumbsup:

I guess it could be a sensor, but that would be odd that a sensor fail like that. when have you last cleaned the throttle body and IAC?
