wow! the paint colors look great!

there's a harness connector right behind the drives rear tire that is known for corrosion issues. if one side doesn't light up for brakes orf turns or hazards, then I would check for power at that connector.

someone was indeed looking into reproductions, but if I remember right, life got in the way and the project is on hold.

the windshield is a common leak point. but yeah, the hunt for a leak can be a pain. I've had success with sprinkling baby powder around and using the garden hose to find a leak. the water will make little tracks through the powder that can be tracked back towards the source. my least favorite leak was at the top of the windshield that dribbled down inside the A-pillar and dumped out onto the floor near the carpet.

honestly doesn't look all that bad.

not yet. buy the longest sawzall blade you can and cut up high above the body line. then cut the floors inside of the door plane. be mindful of underneath, as there are some braces that you might want to avoid. or at least want to be aware of so that you don't bind up the blade. a 10 or 12" blade makes quick work of it. a standard 6" blade will leave you frustrated and needing more blades.

so I bought a older book about 4x4s. thought it would answer some questions about MJ production numbers, but really I just have more questions. but that's another topic for another post. this one is about digitizing several pages of really tiny text so it's not 50 photos of text and so that way anyone can read it. what options are out there? does anyone here own such a device?
