Sorry I neglect to check here frequently, summer was killed, pm me and we can figure out a good time to meet up and show you the truck. I have started a build thread on it. I was actually working on it before I acquired the street comanche and I had put it off to work on the street comanche cause I couldn’t resist. It’s a base model 88 Swb that is a complete 97+ swap. It’s been a project of mine for the last couple years.

truck is doing good, just keeping it safe haha. Since the last post I made I have added a tonneau cover, i think it completes the minitruckin vibe and finished the back look of the truck nicely. I also upgraded the electrical fan to a newer 95-96 xj style which was plug n play, and added the ksuspension fan relay harness. And I had to pick up a REMII just because, well I had to. Anyways, just looking forward to cool weather here to drive it around a little more since it has the AC delete. It has been a record setting summer here in AZ. I’ve also been pretty tied up with my next comanche project so I have been pretty distracted with that lately. Here are some more recent photos. Enjoy!

Thank you! They are actually factory comanche buckets and headrests, I just lucked out and found someone that didn’t want them as much as I did. The headrests are factor, I have seen them more in Cherokees than Comanches, definitely a more rare option. Thank you for the kind words! I am glad you enjoy it. I wish there were more around for a cruise one day.

I do not! Where does one find one of those? I’ve only seen the stickers, I didn’t even know there were magnets. Awhile ago I needed a part and a kind fellow in the Midwest ended up sending it to me no charge and requested that I donated to CC, so i did, I think I actually contacted you to donate. -
Yeah, I just kept it original to what was there, I’m assuming that is the style switch they chose to use when they put the package on the truck. I can’t imagine a previous owner swapped that that out so I figured to just leave it like that. I don’t mind it, it’s kind of cool, and the efan is getting upgraded to a 95/96 version this weekend with the switch kit

I think it would be fun to get a few trucks together once this weather breaks, as much as I want to right now, it’s just brutal standing outside in the sun. Thank you so much, with how rare the truck is I felt the need to just try and preserve it and not get too crazy with it. Thank you I appreciate that. I am happy to share it, it’s such a rare truck I am sure a lot of enthusiasts would like to see it. Love the coin! I thank you very much for being so kind. I Hope we can get the trucks together sometime soon when it cools down a bit. That was fast -

I think that would be a pretty fun hobby to get in to, I must say though it has a lot of imperfections up close, but it is still a very attractive “driver” from all angles. Cool weather is around the corner so the timing is perfect
