  1. have you tried talking to a automotive upholstery place for the seat cover material?
  2. ew part of me would want to just start fresh with new carpet, but another part of me is curious as to how well I could clean that at the DIY car wash.
  3. I think he's saying you know how to snap a good photo. which is surprisingly rare, even in this age of everyone snapping everything.
  4. I mean, we've covered just about every leak at some point in time here, but the knowledge is scattered and so each time we talk about it it becomes "could be anything, you just gotta figure it out". I'm sure we can do better than that. It only seems like there are infinite possibilities.
  5. whoops, looks like I never said rain. I meant rain leaks. although the oil leak situation is the same. if it can leak, it will leaked.
  6. I was thinking of something a bit more noob-friendly with photos and arrows or circles. and tips, like drilling a hole from teh engine bay through the wheelwell to keep water from pooling up in this area:
  7. seems to be a google account but I can't see them, even if I copy/paste the address. you can host them here at the comancheclub. just upload them from your computer. also, howdy friend! good to see ya!
  8. hats off to whoever put this together
  9. It's just a combo valve. best to remove it in favor of a prop valve from a Grand so as to better accmmodate those rear disks
  10. sometimes the truck just lets you know it's time for an upgrade
  11. i don't think a master list exists yet. I'm picturing it with photos of the plethora of possible points of penetration. some of them are not all that obvious when your interior is still intact and I think this might help out immensly.
  12. it's over in our regular for-sale section he's a member here.
  13. go to the main forum page and it's one of the choices. https://comancheclub.com/forum/41-mj-hardcore-tech-epic-journeys-to-greatness/
  14. I've not seen a dually version of the MJ/XJ crewcab yet. having a set of extra tires in the back won't be especially useful, but it'll look cool. a single pair of HD tires can do anything that the Comanche frame can handle. except maybe if you wanted to haul a truck camper, then the extra width could provide more stability.
  15. there's one in the Epic Tech subforum. but there have been several and each one is different.

    Beer

found this little guy in the fridge leftover from when I brought home all those weird beers. It's... not horrible.
  17. sooooo.... apparently providing some shrapnel to your airbag is a thing
  18. I promise I got it from somewhere. I didn't snap the photo.
  19. got a li'l project I'm working on complete with a Yuengling and a donor Jeep. (mostly I need the rear "axle" rod) the plan is to hit it with 20 volts of dewalt power and see how fast it'll go with my nephews at the helm. normally power wheels see 5-7 mph at 12 volts, but not only am I upping the power, I'm changing the gear ratio out with one from a smaller-tired Jeep which should provide an even bigger boost
  20. try a google reverse image search
