    I prefer regular ol' paint for covering steel (unless there's a specific need for stopping already occurring rust or it's small enough to be powder coated). mostly because it's easy to see any rust problems starting, and easy to touch up and do repairs later.

    what specifically is everyone using? need some for a 3" lift. budget-friendly is better. rubber is preferred. when people ask me I usually just state "YJ", but now that I'm the one looking I feel like I need more data.

    doors are finally assembled with all new weatherstripping. multiple times as it turned out, as the order or steps is very important (plus I swapped one of the channels left to right and had to undo that too).

    check the condition of your headlight switch. corrosion on the dimmer coil can cause problems too.

    nice save! I wonder what the PO's plans were for it? there are a couple dozen ways for water to leak in to the cab. be sure to find them all before putting carpet back in.
