Hood Vent Install

Nice job  , but doesn’t rain in Indiana? I don’t get it… :shake: If you didn’t worry about soaking your engine compartment I would go with one of these: I saw that receiver on the hood and sure would like to see and hear more about that GPS unit... -
Nice

Chrysler's New Midsize UNIBODY Pickup for 2011????
1990 Pioneer 4x4 replied to comanche09's topic in The Pub
Don't bite thy tongue! That is the problem we have in this USA! Too many do that, and say nothing to those we elected nor vote at the booth, saying "what good will it do" and them complaining about the outcome because they bit their tongue! Obama is too young in inexperience, and by this too much under the influence of those who adopted in the 1960's and 70's the socialist mantra of that generation, to lead this country. He is in over his head. I wonder, in a large part is he being used? After enduring 8 years of a ventriloquist puppet we finally get somebody with intelligence and you think he is being used? :rotfl2: Willy i gota ask, who was running the "puppet"? The other puppets  -
Chrysler's New Midsize UNIBODY Pickup for 2011????
1990 Pioneer 4x4 replied to comanche09's topic in The Pub
The second one was a Grand Cherokee that was photoshoped chopped and placed on an existing photo. You can tell it wasn’t professionally done, so I serious doubt it is a legit option for future production. -
...and it doesn't have a D44. Just called them, they seem like nice folks.

Misc. for My 87 Comanche
1990 Pioneer 4x4 replied to k.johnson135's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
With that said: whats wrong with the stock height? invest your money in a good set of tires. -
I would post this in its own thread in the Pub section. You will get alot more feedback... As far as what i think: He/she is asking way too much money. If you really want it, offer $600-$800. I also would start off with a 4.0L IMHO.
-
You shouldn't have a problem finding one for $1,500. I would start with a 4.0L and as little rust as possible. If you find one you're thinking about buying, you could always post photos and/or a description on here and receive feedback from all the Comanche addicts.

Don’t live up there, but the wife and I are planning a trip up there for next fall. Going to take a ferry to Juno, Ketchikan area, do some island hopping/exploring and drive back from the main land (Prince something). Any recommendations on a “must see” while were there?

you ever worry that Sky Slider will leak down the road? -
Does this mean you’re no longer going to post photos of Darren coughing up suspicious smoke? :hmm:

That just don't look right, someone tried too hard... :ack: -
What is that architectural feature under the overhang (on the house)? I like the way it breaks up the façade. O ya, about time you “introduced your Comanche”. Nice

the decal is a big magnet , it says "Monterey Viejo Chapter 1846 . E Clampus vitus " basicly were a historical drinking society or a drinking historical society  , thats still in debate :???: . Its an orginization that was started during the gold rush era , at the time of conception in the early 1800's its members were comprised of the not so upstanding citizens of the community though not much has changed over the years . nowadays we take great care to preserve some of the lesser recognized history of our great state . Here is an artical and a small news clip of what we did just this last weekend ( i was hanging out at the top of the latter truck taking pics ) http://www.ksbw.com/news/21415107/detail.html And if u want to read more on us here is some more history http://www.irjr.com/postoffice/ecvhistory.htm Cool story about the historical drinking society. Northern CA is also very cool. But, I have to take exception to the part about “our great state”. Your elected governor can’t pronounce his own state and has bankrupted CA beyond belief. At least his acting career helps when begging for federal monies. Sorry, just get tired of watching that BS on the news...

Nice Pioneer. An I beam for the rear bumper… can’t get much stronger than that. I wore out a few sets of the same tires, best AT tire IMHO. When I switched from the 30” BFG AT’s to their MT’s the front began to rub the fenders. Just enough of a size difference… :fs1:
