  1. Jeep has been sold. The person buying it is replacing the engine with a rebuilt. It will live to see another trail.
  2. tpjrA9FDRzs Works nicely. Thanks!
  3. ...and why I own a gun. Armed robbers try to force their way into west Sparks home on Thursday night Try that $#!& at my house and you'll be leaving feet first.
  4. That's what I want to do to my Comanche! Is there a write up out there for this?
  5. GL Mine has an AMC20 so they are out there.
  6. Since I spun a rod bearing I've been looking to rebuild or replace the engine. I found this engine: http://www.reno4x4.com/forum/showthread ... M-lift-etc. and was wondering if it would work for the MJ?
  7. Just an update. I spun a rod bearing on the first day of summer and I'm planning on either rebuilding the engine or getting my hands on a running engine to swap in this winter. A friend of mine is thinking about swapping out his '91 2.5L from his YJ for a small block 350. As far as I can figure it would swap in, I just need to get the wiring harness and computer also.
  8. I know I shouldn't go to the DMV (Nevada) on a Monday but it was the only day this week I could make it. They've really gone down hill since they closed the satellite offices. It took me 3 hours and 10 minutes to renew my DL today. 10 minutes of circling the lot to get a parking space, an hour and 10 minutes in line to get my number, another hour and 15 minutes for them to call my number and another 35 minutes for the clerk to get me my new license. :wall: One thing did occur to me while waiting around. Veterans (I'm not one BTW) should get to go to the front of the line at the DMV. Even with all that waiting I'd still give up my place in line for a vet.
  9. So your saying you drove past my house without stopping by!? Rob L. Can you blame him?
  10.
  11. I don't go to the fair to get my daily dose of vegetables. But at least they look like there were beer battered. +1 Again -1 to vegetables. Those sound good! If its walking how do you eat it? You can get that at Wal-Mart. I counter with Pork Chop on a Stick! (I didn't get a pic of mine, it was too delicious)
  12. Do not be afraid to see another doctor about this. Your health is paramount. If you feel you've been given less than the consideration you need, get a second opinion. My step dad is alive today because he got a second opinion instead of going with what the first doctor said. Check with your insurance for other doctors/clinics you can go to.
  13. Just got back from a trip to Minnesota which included a full day at the Minnesota State Fair and I reconnected with my favorite Minnesota fare, Deep Fried Battered Cheese Curds. A taste of home if there ever was one. The best $7 I've spent in a long time. I just wish I could get these here in Nevada.
  14. Hernia operations these days are a very simple procedure. Same day surgery. My brother had one and three days later he was out doing some light hiking. Best of luck!
  15. I don't think embedding YouTube should affect bandwidth as the videos stream from YouTube not CC. You can eaisly block hotlinking to mitigate other sites using your bandwidth. But with the record number of users online being 54 three years ago the overages have to be coming from outside the site. You should be able to find out which files are using the most bandwidth and where that bandwidth is going somewhere in the site's stat tracking.
