    Maybe we could make that happen… Made that drive a few times before. You’re right it would be about 6 hrs. if I went down I-5 and cut over; and a bit longer if I took 101 all the way down, although that would be a much cooler road trip. :cheers:

    A brand new (1984) Chev S-10, 2.8L. It lasted 30,000 miles then DIED. Never will own another Chevy! :fs1:

    I believe over here in OR & WA; only moving violations will bump your ins rate. That is if they even take the time to check (my experience they don't).

    Are they the exact same (length…) except for the missing perch mounths? I suspect it would be easier to find one for a XJ and add mounts.

    My second is inverted under the bed, near the winch.
