there are various sites that sell KeyParts products.  run a google search for "KeyParts Comanche rockers" and I imagine that same site will carry the tails.

I wonder how much inventory they are going to have and how fast they sell out once the announcement is made they're in stock?!?!?! I know I'll be in for a pair or 2, or maybe 3, Haha

This makes me want to get down my original set that came with my MJ and fix them once these come out.

Agreed.

We need some new tail light housings now. Preferably in ABS or some sort of similar, tough housing. @Dzimm

Lenses and housings are headed my way for development of repro housings.  Will take some time but they are coming!

I'm sure as soon as these are in the hands of the populace there will be how-to videos galore.   :D   so far I've only slightly melted a broken housing while experimenting with the heat gun.    after that I decided that I'm better off waiting for others to figure out the best way.

haha, i was just about to say, I know I'm going to be the guy that melts the entire housing with the lens. I'll need to do a trial run on an out of service lamp first

if someone could start printing up a little insert that glues in and replaces a broken mounting tab, that'd be awesome. :D

See now is the time to start scooping up all those lamps that don’t have the lens.

I had that very thought!

As to removing the lens, I'd just cut the broken stuff off and grind the residual off with a dremel.

The glue for the lenses tends to get very brittle. Plus the majority of the lights that need new lenses also need new mounting tabs. Not sure what key parts was thinking here but they came out with only half a product. Should be good for those who jump in to reproducing the rest of the housing so we can have a complete drop in tail.
