What's everyone running these days?

I finally replaced my stock blown-up muffler (from backfires when I was trying to get it running) on my '88 Eliminator (4.0L Renix) with a Thrush Welded muffler. I must say I'm impressed for spending $37 and change on this thing, and the sound is beautiful!! No raspy ricer sound, deep tones, even when idling, and, when you are on the highway, the drone isn't really bad at all. I was just curious if anyone is running this one, and, if not, what are you guys running.

I have a flow-master 40 or 50. I don't like the sound. I've been looking for a replacement. I have looked at Thrush and hush master.

I have a 30" length Maagnaflow oval muffler.  Since I have no cat, but wanted my truck to not be obnoxious I ordered a larger bodies muffler.  Sounds good, still audible, but not loud at all, and it sounds really good when I open it up.

my 88 has a huge Borla.  very subdued at idle, sounds great when the skinny pedal gets mashed into the carpet. :D

Two magnaflow magnapacks mounted inline ,no cat. Deep mellow tone. Had flowmaster 40 before,it was too hollow sounding for me.

Any suggestions for what will be nice and quiet in a replacement muffler?  My stock exhaust is suffering with some leaks.  So it is time to replace it from stem to stern (perhaps the headers also).

I wished my phone would get better sound. I tried recording the sound from mine, but, the low tones didn't get recorded.

I am using whatever basic muffler the muffler shop had when he replaced everything from the manifold back. My theory is when the muffler goes, the rest of the exhaust system is on its way out. $150 for everything from the manifold back, less the cat and installed, is hard to pass up. Plus it is very quiet, the way Jeep motors are supposed to be.

Just ripped the Magnaflow off for a Thrush Turbo. I've outgrown loud exhausts and wanted something quieter. Hell, for 26, I couldn't pass it up

I love my Magnaflow, but it is a big one.  That's what I love about Magnaflows though, size matters.  No droone at all in my truck, nice deep smooth exhaust note, but when I get on it, you hear it.

I had the 18" case, ultra flow, stainless model. It made my truck sound like a Honda Civic or Subaru. I wasn't fond of it.

Well, I also have a straight 6.  With that big body on the muffler (28" oval case) it's pretty deep, and when I get on it, it sounds like a 6 pot should sound.
