    Going to try with the Dodge radiator. Probably will not mess with an intercooler at this time, since this era of Cummins was non intercooled to begin with.

    Finishing up the front clip and cab mounts this week then onto the radiator and steering.... Hopefully no more 9 month hiatuses!

    The harness should be there already, just have to dig out the plugs up front and behind the dash panel.

    Any 2.5" leafs will work, look into adding a leaf or 3 from other similar trucks. S10 Ranger ect

    Welcome. For your 4wd swap needs the consensus is to find a wrecked XJ Cherokee and utilize as many components from it as you can. Everything from the B pillars forward are identical. Not sure though if you can keep your 2wd transmission...
