  1. Napiers fit with out cutting the door. Doug sent me a template and I fit checked it on my long box.
  2. I will buy the fabric from you.
  3. I want the vent guards if you don't! I can't wait to see the build. you do excellent work.
  4. Did you replace the track bar with an adjustable one? I think you need a new track bar that is designed for the amount of lift you're running. There is a relocation bracket you can buy but they are junk and come loose constantly.
  5. This is pretty much the only forum I use anymore. I am proud to be a member and have the honor to be a moderator. Very rarely do any of the moderators have to step in and actually use our hidden powers. It speaks volumes about the club and the members. Jeepmarine, if you have any questions about your upcoming career choice, just ask me. I have been a active duty enlisted Jarhead for 20 years. Bo
  6. Mine will go all the way to the rear of the cab. It sounds like yours is getting hung up on the rails. maybe remove it and see if there is junk in the track?
  7. I've towed a ton with my WJ. I usally keep the speeds really slow. If the trailer starts swaying I hit the brake controller to stop just the trailer. If you tow you need a brakes on the trailer, period. Even surge brakes on a dolly are better than nothing. Powering out of a trailer wag is a horrible idea as well.
  8. Yep, that's how I do it.
  9. They look pretty but are thin. I bent the tar out of mine by barely bumping a tree. I loved the look but if you wheel get something else.
  10. They are 5x5 lug pattern. They will not work without adapter/spacers.
  11. Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the winds, Royal Gorge, Seven Falls, Helen Hunt Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Pueblo. It was a very busy week.
  12. I highly recommend a trip to Colorado Springs and Pueblo to see Jim. This is the most amazing place I have ever been too. I will be coming back again to see a lot of the things that I couldn't this time.
  13. While I have been in Colorado for the week seeing the sights and blowing tons of cash on my girls. I got to meet the one and only, Jim! Image Not Found Image Not Found Jim, it was truly an honor to meet you. Kasen enjoyed feeding the donkey and it made her feel a ton better. Kasen got car sick not more than 500 yards from Jim's driveway. She was feeling down and momma was angry she thru up in her new car. Jim allowed me to spray off the mats and chased that stubborn @$$ for ten minutes so she could feed him. Watching Jim become the "Donkey Wisperer" and the ensuing tug of war with him made Kasen's mom smile and calmed her down. Thanks for everything Jim! That is a memory none of us will forget!
  14. I have first hand experience with Rusty's and I will never use them again. I put a 4" lift on my WJ and fought driveline vibs, bump steer, and death wobble for months. I had at least 4 alignments and tire balances done. Rebuilt my 30k mile drive shafts and had them balanced. I also installed a transfer case drop. Nothing would cure the vibes or DW. The Jeep was also scary to drive at highway speeds. It would wonder all over the road. I removed the lift and traded it for a XJ. The guy that got it had the same problems. It turned out to be a bad track bar and the rear LCAs were the wrong length. I called them numerous times and talked the Rusty himself. It was always the same answer. I installed something wrong. I later bought a BDS lift and had zero problems right out of the box. It is buyer beware with them. The reviews are legit. You have been warned. Rusty's ranks right up there with Rocky Road Outfitters. I had the same issues with Glenn and his company. I would choose any other vendor over them.
  15. My vote is a external trans cooler too.
  16. There was a set on NAXJA in the SoCal chapter.
  17. Call Robert at http://www.rwkhaussupply.com
  18. One of the few!
  19. I like it. Leafs can be made to work extremely well offroad. The front shackle angle needs some work but other than that it seems like a nicely built truck.
  20. When I visit we'll inventory your rigs and make notes on them so you don't have another brain fart! I'm looking forward to meeting you Jim!
  21. I am pretty sure Pat is correct. Cordovan is a deep maroon. Porno Red is RED! no mistaking the two. Rob has red in his diesel MJ.
