  1. From what I've read, '95 & '96 don't require any modification other than new lines to the block. Make sure you get the aluminum spacer, it's between the foam seal and the booster. I have a '95 one awaiting install. The XJ fan should fit.
  2. Probably dealer only (if they still carry them) or at the junk yard for the tee. I've done this to mine and prefer the 2.5L overflow to a universal. It fits along the fender but the fuel pump resistor and the EGR solenoid(?) need relocation. I've always picked up the overflow at the JY, no help on getting one new. Seen used ones on eBay but usually pricey compared to JY.

  10. Any of you own a dark blue SporTruck with gold stripes and a shell? Saw one on South 405 near Exit 9 (lake Washington?) today at 3:20pm, passed you by in the carpool lane on my way to the airport. Funny, I saw a cream colored one on my way to the airport in Walnut Creek, CA Monday morning at 5:00am. Two MJs, two states, one week. Bored at the airport. :ack:

  24. No wonder yours is leaking, as ParadiseMJ said that plastic clip goes on the line then the o-ring then a plastic spacer then another o-ring then this assembly snaps into the fuel pressure regulator. Look at the picture in the link I posted, o-rings and spacer are black it that item.
  25. The fuel line quick connects: 5/16 line http://www.jeep4x4center.com/fuel-oil-cooler-line-repair-kit-83502745.html 3/8 line http://www.jeep4x4center.com/fuel-oil-cooler-line-repair-kit-83504447.html Put some engine oil on the o-rings before you snap the fitting into the rail.
