  1. Thanks Don. One of these days I'll play around with one of my semi-operational spares.
  2. I know there are some hard core BBQ enthusiasts on here so here's an interesting article about the "stall" phase and its cause. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/craig-goldwyn/physicist-cracks-bbq-mystery_b_987719.html
  3. Anyone? I'm sure someone knows.
  4. Can't really say, they're in a new engine.
  5. I just went out and checked, same PN as yours.
  6. What are these two holes for? It looks like there's a potentiometer adjustment post in each one. This is the stock AM/FM cassette player from a '96 XJ. Thanks.
  7. I can't ID them but they do have four ports instead of the stock single ones. I purchased these exact ones and they seem to work well.
  8. The Jeep PN for the V-6 pilot bushing is 83500786, is there a cross reference for it?
  9. I don't think the HO ones are the same as what you need. These are the vacuum lines for the RENIX engines from NAPA.You need the first one: 7151367 from cover to bracket ~$25 7151366 from bracket to air box ~$25 7151365 from cover to intake in front of TB ~$10
  10. There is no adjustment for the hydraulic clutch. Check for leaks and make sure the line is in good shape.
  11. Yes there is a plastic trim piect that runs the length of the rear window, it's about 8-10 inches wide. There is also a carpeted panel from the trim panel to the floor that was available on certain models. It attaches to the floor under the flaps.
  12. Went from this to this
  13. Went "COUNTRY." Door panels and dash surround from a '96 Country edition XJ.
  14. Nice pictures

  16. Yeah, but you have the one that counts. My brother bought a '72 340 four speed back in 1980, that's when my obsession started. I've always wanted an AAR.
  17. Welcome, remember you don't have to own a Comanche to be a member (it's one of the rules), hope the sale goes well. LOVE that FC7 'Cuda, post its specs!!! What's the other E-body, another 'Cuda with a SHAKER?   Here's part of my 'Cuda collection :jump:
  18. I like the Galactic Empire logo.
  19. I was trying to make it but I'm still having transmission problems, hopefully next time. Be sure to post some pics of the gathering. Maybe we can get a NorCal get together.
  20. The fuel line quick connects are available for anyone searching 5/16 line http://www.jeep4x4center.com/fuel-oil-cooler-line-repair-kit-83502745.html 3/8 line http://www.jeep4x4center.com/fuel-oil-cooler-line-repair-kit-83504447.html
  21. Hey Blue88, does your shifter look like this with beveled edges on either side at the end?
  22. This is the best I can do, looks to be at a right angle to the rod (this is on a NP231 w/BA10/5, not sure if yours is different).
  23. Thanks, I'll try that. I don't know what properly aligned is, I was just poking around, got any tips? The shifter is original as far as I know and it was bolted in both times I drove it.
  24. Just swapped my engine and finished assembling everything (RENIX 4.0, BA10/5, NP231). Took it for a spin and it drove great through the gears, then I backed it into the garage but couldn't get it out of reverse. This morning I removed the shifter, poked inside the trans and moved some rods, then replaced the shifter and was able to get it into 1st through 5th but not reverse. Decided to drive it and again 1st through 5th were good and I was able to get it in reverse no problem. So I backed it into the garage and again it's stuck in reverse, removed the shifter but can't move anything and now it appears to be stuck in neutral when I replaced the shifter. I know not to spend money on the BA10/5 but I'd like to get it working until it's replaced with an AX15. Anyone have any suggestions? All help is much appreciated.
