  1. After mine, I like yours the best Don.
  2. Looks great. You're pretty hardcore to have it fixed, however, since it cost you ~$25 that leaves room in the budget. Now you have to synchronize the clocks. :)
  3. What about the best of both worlds, the slider following the body line but the step tube as is? Would the distance between the rail and inner edge of the tube at the front and rear be noticeable? What is it, like 1.5" over the ~68" distance?
  4. I have a set. $20 + shipping. PM me if interested.
  5. It supposedly changes the shift points. From the '88 sales brochure, page 8: "The optional 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission changes from off-road 'Power' setting to highway-cruising 'Comfort' mode with the push of a button."
  6. Hey Outlaw, yours seem to follow the body better, is that just the picture angle or did you make "adjustments"?
  7. I believe the stock thermostat is 195° for a 4.0L, not sure about others. What year is your truck and what engine?
  8. Your stock exhaust tailpipe was straight? Interesting, all three of mine and all I have seen exhaust to the side like the Walker in your pic.
  9. You need to host the pictures on something like photobucket and link them in this forum. Good luck with the truck.
  10. Sad news, was wondering what happened to WFC a while ago.
  11. It needs to be YELLOW!!!
  12. I can give it a shot also.
  13. NICE! What years were those available? Just curious, still like my stock cassette deck that I added a Scosche IPFMRDS to use my old iPod. Plugs in through the antenna, senses when the iPod is connected and automatically plays it, also charges. Ran the 30 pin connector cable under the center console and through the e-brake slot, totally concealed by the cup holder.
  14. ...and all the chrome. --love it!!! Hey Don, are those headlights legal in Alabama?
  15. He's on his way, he has a black console lid and arm rests also. :laughin:
  16. :hmm: Looks the same to me. Your MJ is always immaculate.
  17. If it had a retractable underhood light the nutserts would be in place.
  18. only two minutes :)
  19. Try fishing for them using a flexible claw pick up tool through the handle hole. Might be easier with the handle removed, only three bolts. You should also be able to release each latch with a screw driver from the top.
  20. Yes, they release when the clutch pedal is depressed and bled.
  21. The top one looks like the windshield washer fluid level sensor connector. I don't think it was used on the MJs. The 88 electrical manual can be downloaded here http://comancheclub.com/topic/12083-electrical-manual/?fromsearch=1 if it still works.
  22. It does not need bleeding independently. There are a couple of straps that hold it compressed that you leave as is, place it on the shaft, add the locking pin, install the trans to engine, attach the hydraulic line and bleed through the master cylinder and bleed screw. I can send you a pdf of the LUK clutch instructions, pm an email address if Interested.
  23. Ah, that's Pappa John's. :)
  24. MT-90 is only GL-4 according to the Redline website, they do make GL-5 but it's not called MT-90. http://www.redlineoil.com/Products.aspx?pcid=7
