    I started scuffing the engine bay last night. Hopefully I have time to finish scuffing it tonight. If not, I'll scuff and paint it tomorrow.

    Thanks. I am familiar with the Hell Creek springs, I'm just not sure if there is a particularly good brand of front spring. The only think I know for 100% sure is don't buy Rough Country.

    I have thought about this and done a fair bit of research about it. There are a few kits out there that you can already do this and I just don't think they look nearly as good as the OEM sportbar. A main reason I want to get into reproducing the OEM ones is because I think paying $400+ for a rollbar that is 30 years old that often times still needs paint is ridiculous, so I think and aftermarket option, even at $500 that needs to be welded and painted would increase the supply of them, making having an OEM looking rollbar more achievable for some of us. I am yet to even see a truck in person with a rollbar.

    Multiple questions Were you happy with this lift for driving on the road? Also, do you remember if this lift kept the stock load capacity (or increased it)? Do you know if they still make this kit? Thanks Any updates with the head gasket?

    My MJ currently has the engine out, so the front end was up a little bit from that, but when we removed my front shocks, we noticed that they were maxed out height wise. I have about 3 inches of lift in my truck on all 4 corners. Are there any vehicles that the shocks will fit from or do I need to order shocks for a lift? Also, I have longer LCAs (from a 5 inch lift for an XJ) that are already on my truck, but I want to add more lift. Does anyone have any recommendations for leaf springs and longer front springs? I am thinking around 4.5 inches of lift.

    I'm just going to give this a little bump quick to see if anyone that currently has a rollbar out or can easily get to one can get the measurements.

    If I were you, I would pick it up and if something goes wrong with the trans, swap in an AX-15 like Fernando said.

    This is what I am thinking. Before my engine swap, I had about 9-10 grand in my truck-and my truck has had a lot of money spent on paint and primer.

    My parents love their 3.6 Pentastar in their 2017 JKU. I am not very impressed by it because it does not seem to have a ton of low end torque.
