  1. Oh yeah! I think I’m keeping it mild to start. Tires are done, next is sway bar disconnects and metal bumpers.
  2. Up to 2500 miles. Also got some Falken Wildpeaks because the one of the Nexens got a puncture
  3. Looks excellent! Not that I’m surprised.
  4. Picked up a spare bottom seat cover. I didn’t really need it, but it’s good to have an extra with a rare color like this
  5. NOS bottom cover for an 88-89 Navy bucket seat
  6. Do it. You might even come out ahead on it. Some cats are expensive.
  7. How will that work with the bellhousing bolt pattern?
  8. The evap system is to help deal with fuel vapors. From my understanding, you cannot delete it because it is a vent for the fuel tank. If I were you, I'd get rid of the Rough Country CAI (that is likely actually a hot air intake unless there is an air box around the air filter) and go back to a stock air intake. In lieu of that, adding a custom connection will probably be your best bet.
  9. When you find the medium blue one and if they don't want to trade for the Navy one, I'd be interested in it as a spare.
  10. I heard about that and checked. Thankfully it doesn’t, but I appreciate you looking out for me!
  11. It’s way better than it has any right to be. The acceleration is wild. Also, it has rolled over 2,000 miles
  12. I am too. The reason I sold the car many years ago was because it didn’t have a manual. Now it’s time to fix that.
  13. I’m debating between an AX-15 and a GM NV3500. It’ll probably depend on what I decide to do for an engine.
  14. Coming at some point soon(ish), more fun and fewer cruising rpms.
  15. Perfect! I’m perfectly happy greasing something once in a while, but I’m especially glad to hear you haven’t had to grease them again yet.
  16. No, he shouldn’t do that. That can allow coolant to circulate too quickly and also cause overheating. He could gut the thermostat, but shouldn’t remove it entirely.
  17. I’d just cut it out and replace it with regular exhaust pipe. You’re really not going to get any negative effects. You can get aftermarket cats if you decide you want one in the future.
  18. Is this just one of the heater hoses? Or do you still have the closed loop system and it’s one of the pressure bottle hoses? If it’s a heater hose, just loop them and run it.
  19. Thanks for the tip, if that’s the route I go, I’ll be sure to do that.
  20. Thank you. I’m glad to hear they’ve had zero issues, especially with how your truck is used.
  21. Good to know. That was the first result on the Google machine and the one I’ve heard of the most. Thank you.
  22. Does anyone have any recommendations for sway bar disconnect brands? I have absolutely zero interest in something like an anti rock sway bar, I’m just after a set of quick disconnects. They MUST be quiet going down the road. I had a set on my MJ that rattled a ton. I don’t want that again. This is for the Wrangler, but I trust y’all more than Wrangler folks.
  23. Nice little dirt road sunset cruise. I still need sway bar disconnects
  24. On my truck, it was a part of the dash bezel if it’s the piece I think it is.
  25. Oh yeah, that’ll really class the truck up.
