The Comanche got part of its birthday present installed. A chrome 10 slot grille and complete front end. The bumper install will come in the spring. Sorry about the poor lighting.
-
Nice! Do the R/Ts have the 5.7 or the 6.4?
-
IIRC, the 97+ clutch/brake pedal is different from the 96- assembly.
-
I'm with Goose on this one. I would run the SC airdam on the SC as well. I am glad that you finally got the title and plates too.
-
It certainly is! Not a lotta room for a lotta ponies, but it looks like it all is fitting so far!
-
Good to see that progress is being made.

But difficult to see when laying it on. Regardless of color, I would avoid doing a bedliner. It makes it really difficult should one want shiny paint in the future, it adds more weight, and most will fade. Especially if your truck is not going to be a wheeler.

88 MJ Restoring and Preparing for Export

The rust on the bottom outside of the gate that you showed is not just surface rust. That is rotting from the inside out. You will have to cut out and replace that metal. -
That is true for me too. I ordered Jeep parts on the 31st though.
-
@ghetdjc320, a D44. Probably more gear and money than you want though.
-
Another part to consider when readhereing the lens to the housing is that it has to be temperature resistant. Now, not super high temps, but it can’t melt from driving around at night with the lights on.
-
Any lift for a 4wd will work on your 2wd, IIRC.

Looks like a pretty good product.

I spy with my little eye, an AMC 20 rear axle. Talk about a unicorn.

I just saw that Betty passed. I was really hoping that she was going to make 100.
-
Out of all of the colors you posted, I think I like the white the best. It has a very classy look with the turbines.

More parts are on the way. They will be shipped out on my Comanche’s birthday! (Monday)

I think my MJ could tow that just fine. I don’t know about stopping it. I have had well over a ton behind it a couple of times and could never really feel it, even when braking. Now of course this is a lot more weight than that, but I’m still confident. Especially in 4 low.

Nice! Is that Chev a 54 or a 55 1st series? Looks pretty low too. Stock chassis or something like an S10 chassis? I want more details!
-
And that’s just the beginning. Not yet. I’m waiting on more parts before the install.

The Trash Panda Crawler Hauler Conversion

I just watched your bed video for it this morning. Perhaps it would be best to save some room in the middle right near the door in the back to keep some tools (maybe a jack), and some straps. -
I was really hoping that these would have been a more reasonable way to clean up my taillights. I would love to have some silver trimmed tails and to remove the yellowing of my reverse light lenses, but I think I’ll just paint mine for now.
