  1. Team Cherokee has a few left. But you’ll be paying a lot for it.
  2. Insulation shouldn't be a problem to cut and put in yourself. Plenty of DIYs and ideas for that. I think the original vendor for the MJ carpet still makes carpet for our trucks. Someone may have the link to them. Anyways this thread got way off track.
  3. As in when you press the horn and it sounds like you are repeatedly pressing the button? I had this issue and on the inside of the column on the turn signal switch should be a copper rod poking out. Mine was corroded and once I cleaned the top that makes contact with the cancel cam, horn works like it should.
  4. Oh boy. Alight. Chalk that up for two MJs in AZ that are portable toaster ovens.
  5. I believe JMO found an acceptable Chrysler replacement floor boot for the TJ he made fit. I’m sure there’s aftermarket console boots. But those boots will help a little with the heat but if there’s no insulation under that carpet, yeah you are kinda hosed with heat.
  6. Which boot don’t you have? The console boot or the floor boot?
  7. What?! You have AC? And it’s not working?! I’m jealous that you have AC(I’ll get it soon). Damn, I’d get that fixed in a heart beat if that was me. Chrysler still has those control valves new. But come the winter time, you’ll want that heater core.
  8. Probably the same material they used as the gasket for the cargo light. So some sort of rubber.
  9. I cleaned up all my contacts for what makes the horn works and it’s flawless.
  10. No problem. Glad you got it in place an actually functioning as intended.
  11. Aaaaaaaannnnd the fronts are done with ease. No need for a bar pin eliminator. Just a good ole socket and some sort of press(or clamp) and grease and it went in like butter. (passenger side looks the same, no need for that pic.)
  12. "Deal!"
  13. Every book I have collected since owning my truck and working at the dealer.
  14. Here. Refer to this. He talks about when to install that thing at the very end.
  15. Eh no worries. I knew what you were talking about when you described it. Those things are tricky to get working properly.
  16. 82200143->82200793 which is what he has. Chrysler no longer has anymore.
  17. Are you talking about this: 14 and 15? That's the key in chime. It either works or it doesn't. it is not essential.
  18. Like you said. The only weak point is those mounting tabs. Heck I’d be in just to buy a lens as housings can be saved and the lens can be reattached.

  20. Long shot. Maybe the coil spring isolators or coil springs themselves. I know when I replaced my isolators the front end seemed to have straightened up a bit more so it’s a possible thought.
  21. If ya put you VIN on here I can get you the build date and sheet so you can truly get to know your truck.
  22. I always thought that was a mid 90’s Ford front end like a ranger or a explorer.
  23. Well yes kinda. Only if you are interested in more modern Chrysler stuff then there's some cool stuff. Older stuff seems to be lacking a lot. They don't even have fluid information for vehicles older than '01.
  24. I work at a dealer. I have access to a parts catalogue program that I can input VIN's into and it gives me a build date and sheet.
