I believe JMO found an acceptable Chrysler replacement floor boot for the TJ he made fit. I’m sure there’s aftermarket console boots. But those boots will help a little with the heat but if there’s no insulation under that carpet, yeah you are kinda hosed with heat.

Probably the same material they used as the gasket for the cargo light. So some sort of rubber.

Aaaaaaaannnnd the fronts are done with ease. No need for a bar pin eliminator. Just a good ole socket and some sort of press(or clamp) and grease and it went in like butter. (passenger side looks the same, no need for that pic.)

Long shot. Maybe the coil spring isolators or coil springs themselves. I know when I replaced my isolators the front end seemed to have straightened up a bit more so it’s a possible thought.

Well yes kinda. Only if you are interested in more modern Chrysler stuff then there's some cool stuff. Older stuff seems to be lacking a lot. They don't even have fluid information for vehicles older than '01.
