  1. M10 1.5 for the crossmember to frame bolts. Not sure about the mount since I have an aw4
  2. I recommend against adding all that extra unsprung weight if your only running 35’s. I have a super d35 with truss and run 33’s With plenty of room for 35’s with 5.5” front coils and soa rear. It’s a nice streetable combo with good off-road capabilities. Ground clearance wise, a stock axle on 33’s has the same if not more clearance than 35’s on an 8.8. 35’s on a 14 bolt will be about comparable to the ground clearance of 31’s on a stock axle. Plus as was mentioned, 35’s will require more trimming on an otherwise clean truck.
  3. Yeah, the list is great but is mostly how to fix or modify components. This would be the source files for people to create their own mud flaps, rubber tailgate pieces, switch trim covers, tailgate handles etc.
  4. @Pete M what do you think about gathering up all these DIY files into one place. I have several vector traced files and templates, we also have the tailgate handle files here somewhere. Would be a nice resource for those looking to restore.
  5. Here is mine for reference. I have vibrations due to not enough spline engagement. Switching to sye and cv shaft but mine is lifted with soa on 4x4 packs
  6. Also missing the “high output” badge for the 91+. Seems a bit odd.
  7. It’s about the same as any other body work or repair. Just try to keep clean cuts and welds. Once you cutoff the rocker, you weld on a back plate by the pinch seam. Then another plate that goes at the rear and ties into the frame. You add your rocker and fill plates and weld it all up onto the new pinch seam reinforcement and frame gusset. Took me a full day to install plus a few hours of shaping and sealing the seams
  8. Thanks! That is 2020 Aston Martin Cinnabar Orange. I get lost in the color in the sunlight or under overhead lights at night
  9. This is what I bought but without the tube step: http://www.spadanoenterprises.com/-mj--comanche.html
  10. Not many notice but my rocker sits down about 1/2” lower than the fender and bed panels. This is intentional since they are supposed to act like rock sliders. I like the side impact protection they add
  11. I used the Spadano enterprises rockers and worked them into the body lines. They look like factory but are 1/4” steel. Only difference is that they fit all the way to the bottom of the pinch seam
  12. I doubt it. I say that because even leaving them in the sun for too long and they start to warp if they’re not on the vehicle
  13. i used the jba TJ downpipe that wraps in front of the oil pan and it fits very nicely in there
  14. I’d also recommend that you add a nice flexible exhaust hanger at the down pipe to keep the weight off the header. Those atp/summit/eBay/Amazon headers are pretty notorious for cracking at the welds. Mine blew out in about 2500 miles. Perhaps they have improved the design though???
  15. The OP can correct me if I’m wrong but the icons are made with a lower compression height/deck height to accommodate the longer 4.0 rod.
  16. Never seen that bumper but it looks more like a body kit (inspired by a boat I would say). The flares look like they may be a set of Napier’s but just painted to match the body.
  17. Mine looks pretty much identical to this so I won’t bother posting another pic 😂
  18. You’ll have to add a pin in southern Guam for me. My phone won’t let me add it
  19. I restored my oem bucket seats and I much prefer them to bench seats over long distances or if off-road since they have much better containment. I would still swap them for some suspension seats in a heartbeat. Had corbeau suspension seats in my YJ and have also tried out the Jettrim HC seats. Those jettrims are hands down the best seats I’ve ever tried.
  20. Actually guys, I got really sick for a while. Still need a set but I can’t even receive them until we are out of quarantine here which is tentatively set for mid April.
  21. Looks like it goes through the bed
  22. I’d be surprised if they only give you 1” of lift. My general spring 4 leaf pack was about a 2” lift. Let us know what it actually lifts it by.
  23. Had to take some pics after doing the headlights swap. These morimoto hid projectors are awesome while driving.
  24. We are closed for a while here due to Covid
  25. This is an excellent and cost effective technique. Seen it used in many other countries to preserve the underside of vehicles. Works awesome! If you prefer a wax based product, pb blaster makes a corrosion stop that leaves a nice thick film behind that lasts a while. I am bombarded by salt spray where we live and use a car cover, wax, and spray salt-away frequently. But seriously, diesel works great.
