  1. Does D1_6 show B+ voltage when engine is CRANKING?
  2. Does your new/replacement harness have C105? If so, wire to that.
  3. Looks like your missing the Alternator Harness. Can you get it off your old harness. Look on pg 87 for C105 (Engine to Alternator). Also includes Oil Sender or Pressure Switch.
  4. I remember them. I think they're called wallet keys (like a credit card). Had a 1985 CJ7 at the time and was at a SAE convention (1987 or 88) in downtown Detroit where some company was making (cutting) them for the attendees. Doubt if I could ever find it, but now you got me looking.
  5. No. Upshift Indicator is only a suggestion (fuel economy) , based on RPM's, TPS, and MAP values.
  6. Loose starter motor.
  7. Download: Check out pages 86 and 87. May help.
  8. test
  9. Could be Fusible Link H:
  10. MJ uses a two (2) pin connector. Note jumper between terminals on the switch. This jumper continues the grounding leg for the Brake Warning Light to the IGN SW (bulb check) and the Parking Brake SW.
  11. Yes, if D2_4 showed voltage (B+ Hot at all times) with KEY OFF.
  12. Plus you'll get Brake Warning Light Bulb Check during CRANK and Brake Warning Light if Parking Brakes are ever applied.
  13. Twisted paired wires used for communication, cannot touch one another either. Check for wire to wire continuity. Sorry for the can of worms.
  14. Continuity testing will only find OPEN circuits. Each wire also needs testing for Shorts to Ground (STG) and Shorts to Voltage (STV). KEY OFF, select Ohms for STG. KEY ON, select Volts for STV. Doing these tests on the CCD bus, if its twisted paired wires will prove out the wiring, not the communications though. Also WIGGLE all wires when testing.
  15. With KEY OFF and everything connected, take voltage reading on D2_4. Should read 0vdc.
  16. Aren't those low numbered VIN'ed vehicles (#1) corporate archived or go to the very rich.
  17. 'tis the season
  18. Click on your username (upper right hand corner) and go to Account Setting, then go to Signature. Put your vehicle(s) Year, Engine and Transmission information there.
  19. This voltage is good. Check your glove box light/switch.
  20. Can't you just eliminate the Delay Module by disconnecting the connectors from the module and then connect them together. See LO works then.
