I've got camo and gator seats that the PO reupholstered. Freaking awesome....I'll snag ya a pic tonight. Most upholstery shops should be able to cut you some foam and either double up on it or replace it.

I just removed my smog equipment on my '92. From what I understand the charcoal canister connects the fuel tank to the air filter housing. I don't believe it would hold pressure anyways. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

If you can, backprobe the connector. I had a loose solder joint that threw the TPS and MAP voltage out of whack but only when both were connected. Individual connector probing and the 5V read fine, connect both and it dropped to ~3.2V. I got 12,13, and 24 together everytime. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

4"lift up front, jks shackles in the rear. 31x10.5 r15 tires and American racing rims (unsure of backspacing, can measure later though). Pic of front control arm drop bracket and rear JKS shackle. What I have now that rubs is P255/75R17 Goodyear wranglers on stock 17" wrangler rims with the 1.25" spacer/adapter. And it definitely rubs. -

Well, found out why the A/C was likely disconnected. Hole in the evap casing.... Which means I'll be pulling my carpet son because I bet this thing dumped water all over the floorboards. A little fiberglass, a little paint and it should be good to go. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

Lot of questions here. I can tell you you'll need more than 4" to clear 32" tires, I'm running stock rims from a 2012 or 2013 Wrangler with roughly 32" diameter tires (whatever came on them and 1.25" spacers) and I scrub in sharp turns. Had 31" before with no issues though. 1992 Pioneer, 4" lift although it may have a little sag to it at this point (ride is good though, used drop brackets for the control arms). Can get you the tire and wheel specs if you like from before, they're in my shed. I also had questions about cooling, my gauge reads 210 normally and climbs as well. I've never heard the aux fan kick on either, although I did test it once to make sure the fan itself was operable (it is). Does anyone know how to test and see if the computer is switching it on at the right time? I've seen temps in the 230+ range while sitting in traffic....I'm halfway through installing A/C and I don't really want to compound an overheating problem in the summertime. -
Other questions: I'm assuming the PAG oil capacity is the same as the original mineral oil. Can anyone confirm? This is what I found do far: COMANCHE 1990-1992 All Engines R12 38.00 Mineral 4.50oz 1989 All Engines R12 32.00 Mineral 6.00oz Also, I managed to break the t'stat. MOPAR number is 55035503... anyone seen a replacement of these? I did a quick search and came up empty so far. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

Father is an A/C man and all the specs are available online. Have gauges, 2 vacuum pumps, etc. Even if ya do over or under charge the system, they're pretty forgiving. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk

Wouldn't happen to have pics by chance would ya? I don't want to get halfway into this and have to wait for parts..... According to RockAuto: ******78 is Suction Line (Low Pressure - Compressor to Evaporator) and ******79 is Discharge Line (High Pressure - Compressor to Condenser) Sorry for the weird text, copied and pasted from their site. They're not showing other hoses....I'm wondering if the ones you mentioned are hard pipe that is bent into place?
