1/2 way up my 4.2 mile long driveway. Actually, headed back out after being denied on the icy switchback. I don't feel bad though. It was only 2wd and there were 3 4x4s skidded off the road and almost into the river at the top. I didn't see them until I was almost over the top and started sliding sideways. I let the truck roll part way back down, ebraked to spin around towards the hill then stopped for the pic. My snow "chains" are 2 comealongs I took apart and wrapped through the wheels as 33/9.50/15 chains weren't available.

Try a jumper lead from the main terminal of the alt to the battery + and see if everything turns on.

Compare your firewall and especially the floor on the driver's side with an '87 up XJ.

The trans length is different between 2 and 4x4 trans. I would just get a 23 spline trans and case together to put in.

Look at the physical size of the pumps to tell them apart.

KJ wheels won't fit. They hit the tierods (found out the ahrd way. Too much offset!)

Ditto on NAPA. I would take the pressure control valve from the older style pump and put it in the new one to up the pressure. The steering boxes are NOT all the same. There are different ratios (just like diffs)

If tehre was play in the throttle plate screws and bushings, the suction could pull it enough to catch on an edge that it wouldn't without vacuum. Missed the other stuff :ack: I'd try another throttlebody since nothing else seems to be causing it. 20 inches of vacuum is higher than most motors when not coasting though.

They wanted $10 a month here in WA for the router. I bought a router, but it's not working fast with SUSE Linux 11.3, but it's smoking fast with XP. No idea why? (A LOT of SUSE guys are running into that)
