Hopefully by the end of the month I will have a 92 cherokee donor. It almost seems a shame to tear it apart, the guy brought it from Arizona and theres no rust on it, buuuuut I can't neglect the Jackal!!!

Yea there was a lot of dirt in there, not sure how it got there, But I blew it out with an air gun, gave the contacts a little squeeze and cleaned them up and it fired up first try almost instantly!

No title, and has some rear damage. He bought it from florida sight unseen and wanted the 5 spd out of it, but found it was only 2 wheel drive. He said it runs strong but has no use for it so he just wants it gone. Going to look at it sunday.

He only wants 400 for it and it has 120,000 on the engine, I think I can make my money back. Well atleast I hope I can :D

Found a donor Cherokee for sale, but it's 2 wheel drive. It runs good and is 5 speed, but I want to go automatic and 4x4. Should I take the engine and just part it? Or just wait for a 4x4 auto?

I checked and there is voltage, but i put a test plug in the coil wire end and cranked it over and got no spark. Probably need a new coil? :(

Went to move my truck the other day after it not moving for about 3 months. Fuel pump works, engine cranking but not turning over. After checking several things, I found I'm not getting spark from the coil. Any ideas or quick fixes? This can be temporary fixes or whatever, I just need to move it from behind the garage to inside the garage. I can push it but that gets really old really quick.

Was going to keep the 2.5 in the truck just to move it from the garage to it's parking spot, but found today I'm not getting spark... I'm not getting spark from the coil. Ideas? If it needs replaced that's my excuse to pull the engine and continue to look for the donor!
