Here is a YJ HP D30.

The CAD housing is different on a YJ so it won't not be as easy as swapping the mounts. Personally I wouldn't bother with the YJ axle, a non CAD big u joint XJ D30 can be had for $100-$150.

They will interchange.

There is usually lots of MJs for sale in the Portland area, if you are on Facebook you could also check some of the local XJ/MJ pages as MJs come up for sale from time to time.

My brackets have different number cast in them but look identical,everything is pulled back a little with the MPI setup but I think as far as the PS pump the difference is in pully depth. I used a 95 PS bracket but only because I had one, it looks like the TBI bracket would work.

I prefer the manual in my MJ over the auto in my XJ.

I made them in two pieces so I could get the radius on the side of the box and the corner of the bed then welded them together. The bedside I bent over a rounded peice of scrap I had laying around, for the corners I cut perforations with my plasma, bent the radius, welded it up,shaped it with a grinder then polished it smooth with a sander. I now have a slip roll machine so assuming the pieces fit, (I haven't measured) I would go that route if I did it again.

Well dead end there, got a message back today from Hesco. They say they cannot flash my MPI ECM or any other Jeep ECM.

Mine are 3/16" plate steel with Maxxima hybrid LEDs.

Just noticed that I could do that, never looked at the settings. Shout box is gone.

I have found alot of CC members on the Facebook MJ pages so typically if I want to talk to someone in real time I do it there.

I rarely post anything on it. I wouldnt miss it.

Put the Behemoth together today, wasn't to bad hardest part was getting the main gear out of the donor case. I still need to open it one more time to seal it so this was kind of a test run to see how it all goes together. It shifts smooth and I can get all the gears so everything seems to be good to go.

I got an adjustable MAP for mine, haven't played with it yet though.

I just shot a message off to Hesco earlier today about my 2.5l for ECM tuning.

I haven't ran mine yet but from what ive read my MPI should be able to handle my Mopar performance cam. If not I will have to send out my ECU for flashing, I may end up having to go that route with all the combined mods to my engine. Not sure what you would need to do with the Renix setup.
