C 8.25 Sua Spring Perch
ggcnash replied to TheDirtyJeep401's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Is that 1.5"s inward center to center? Just wondering I'm probably gonna do this soon can't seem to find a 44 and the turdy five is on its way out -
Just call safelite mobile service tell them you got a 97 xj. When he shows up he puts it in, the gasket comes with the windshield because they glue it to the glass no need to mention it. Just did this 2 weeks ago went through the same BS you are then got this idea from Alexia worked great plus safelite has lifetime warranty

Change Odometer Reading On 91+??
ggcnash replied to johnj92131's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I've done many not hard just when you do get the odometer free spinning use drill not dremel its to fast will mess up gears! Do not try to remove odometer just Mitsubishi gear box to make the odometer free spinning then make a jig to position the odometer gear up against drill (I used some books and zip tie on trigger of drill LOL) takes awhile but I was able to roll back one from 290k to 150k in about 5.5 hours oh and guys the problem with removing odometer totally is that its tamper proof so when you do this the numbers will not line up so to avoid this just remove gearbox and use drill -
Count me in on a couple pairs for sure

John I will look this week really can't recall exact colors but they did have some full gauge renix clusters Minuit as to your questions there are some full clusters but none with 150k that my mileage i had to roll one back whick was very easy with dewalt drill and some setting it up in the shop let it go for about 6 hours come back and stoped it at 152k tryed this with a dremel to speed the process up but it burnt the odometer up way too fast for gears

ggcnash replied to EzRam's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Try metric ton springs from helkcreek if your just looking to stiffen up the rear although it will raise the truck a little -
