  1. What about the Laredo package?
  2. I would go with RE coils don't know much about their shocks, but you can't go wrong with Bilstein or OME. Also if you go with full packs for rear check out hell creek good luck.
  3. Yea a good graphic shop could duplicate, but you might get lucky on flebay.
  4. Sorry answered my own question if it's moving it's there.
  5. It's just a cable with a metal tab slid on the column. My clip wore and was sliding so I made a small notch in the column shroud to hold it in place. I will take a pic when I get home. Just a question when you shift is your indicator moving at all? If not then you may not be able to find it b/c it isn't there may have broke?
  6. Check your paint code I can't remember mine it's a white 91, but I actually think the color is called bright white.
  7. Paint codes are in your VIN which is probably the best way to know for sure. In my experiences there were a lot of variations of the same colors between year models of the MJ, and XJ especially during the Chrysler and AMC merger years.
  8. Exactly what I done, though mine is just 3.5"
  9. http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=966931 Good info with pics Gonna be doing this myself soon!
  10. Hi Hornbrod, i know this is an old thread...would the Nippon Denso 136A described above be the choice for my 1992 MJ 4.0 upgrade from stock? I don't think the above link works... Thanks! Not trying to speak for Hornbrod but there are several writeups on this. I've done it to my 91 which required some minor grinding to bracket, but helped my buddy on his 92 xj that didn't require any grinding. I may be mistaken but I think Hornbrod has posted that his 91 required no grinding go figure. To answer your question it works great either way I would look in to upgrading your cables why your at it good luck.
  11. Just remember HC is more $ b/c quality and customer service I can't speak for other company's mentioned but HC truly stands behind their product.
  12. Hellcreek Ride great, my 3" gave me about 4.5 of course my stock springs were worn pretty bad. They have settled about .5" over the last 8 months with an atv in back a lot. I have RE 3.5" in front which sits at about level now that the rear has settled.

  14. Great time to do Hornbrod's fuel pressure gauge upgrade! I suggest this to everyone with a mj, xj
  15. Second that
  16. Stockinteriors.com great customer service and exact fit
  17. Awesome cluster you pull that off a cop cherokee? Since all you got left to replace is the harness from vss to cluster that would be my next move.
  18. Some, not many of those apply to us H.O guys. Check fuel pressure at rail while this is happening, to be sure your able to do this go to the DIY forum and look up Hornbrods permanent fuel pressure gauge. Honestly one of the best mods I've done. Then diagnose from there, but that is good starting point. Let us know how it goes
  19. I got the mass backing, and one of the reasons was to be able to cut down on dynamat and insulation. I honestly didn't realize how much padding was under there from the factory till I started putting my new carpet in and noticed the slack. I had to put down two layers of dynamat and one layer of the foil back auto insulation (off ebay) to satisfy my OCD and take away the slack. Dynamat isn't necessary just had it on hand the insulation is cheap I would use that if your like me and want it perfect. Good Luck
  20. Agreed excellent customer service, sent wrong color, they sent new carpet out before they received the old. I won't be using anyone else for carpet.
  21. Hey man, let's see some pics, is there rust if not please let someone buy that truck. Way to rare for talks of carbs and cutting![emoji107]
  22. I will also add that the AW4 and np 242 is a great combo the AW4 is a very Strong transmission IMHO got one in the wife's xj with 380k, no trans cooler, and not to mention it's been ragged on pretty hard. Now saying that it is a close to stock 97 xj 2" budget lift with 31's, but it put 2 older brothers and herself through high school and recently was in the parking lot for her college graduation! Now i know you said yours is an 88, but the internals of these things have changed very little if any over the years.
  23. Not a renix guy, but everything should be a direct swap especially since you have a complete donor. Do a quick search Google- comancheclub.com and then your search criteria works a lot better then the search feature on tapatalk. There are several writeups that will answer your questions.
