Probable a dumb question but I have a 91 mj my OEM valve cover is pretty grimy buying a new gasket thought I would go ahead and replace the valve cover also but all the aftermarket covers I find are from 84-90 or 93 on they just skip 91 and 92 why is that and will one of these fit mine the 93 on version looks the same but not sure any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Yea buddy of mine had the same problem with this site he hasn't heard back for a month but he wanted me to let you guys know he called another place CSP injectors got some replacements for his old ones from this place and bought some brand new bosch 703's not refurbed for 249$ shipped to the door I would order some but I'm a junkyard diver only got two more to go for a complete set all for under 50$ hopefully this place has an eBay store too

So just to make sure while I'm looking for what I need 91-96 Cherokee auto aw4 and transfer case will be a plug and play situation with the TCU and speedometer correct thanks in advance for any help

So basically will not work for an easy swap right

Just looking to steal the front axle trans and tcase with linkages I have a column so will be using existing equipment as far as that goes any help would be appreciated planning on buying this thing this week as far as I know just the interior is swapped around just trying to make sure trans and t case and axles are the same nothing else backwards

Hey guys found a donor xj for my swap an auto 4.0 mail truck question is should I have concerns about the driving equipment being on the right side or will this still be a simple bolt up project thanks in advance for any help

Yea sorry no pics yet got off late gets dark to early I'm gonna do my best to get some up tomorrow also you guys know a good place to get a gasket set for the 4.0 and some hoses they look pretty wore gonna pull the carpet back this weekend not totally b\c its super clean maybe I can get it out with no damage to it pretty confident there won't be any rust the only ding I can find is on the front of the bed rail from tool box about the size of hail damage love this truck drives great already callin junk yards for the stuff I need to go 4wd any suggestions on the swap would be appreciated wish I could use the trans that's in it pulls great but I here that's a PIA thanks in advance for any help

Been searching for a drivable project funny story went to Walmart today with my wife and guess what pulls up beside me in the parking lot a 91 pioneer short wheelbase 2wd 4.0 auto on the column with the original owner 81 year old man made a deal 1500$ right there in the parking lot drove him home with a smile on my face will post pics tomorrow evening not a dent in it a little sun fade but that's it with a spray in bed liner installed drove good on the way home he admitted it had a small oil leak but from reading on here most do I look forward to doing mods with your help I'm just happy to finally be a mj owner

Hi guys recently have been looking for project mj love the trucks always wanted one. Well I found one a1987 4.0 2wd auto looks to be in great shape no rust one dent in rear quarter behind bumper 130,000 miles supposedly runs perfect with ac blows cold they will not budge off 2500$ and I will have to commute 4-6 hours to pick up so I'm lookin at probably around 3000$ after expenses out the door. I guess what I'm asking is to you guys that deal with these trucks is this a wise purchase or should I wait for another one thanks in advance for any help love the forum can't wait get a manche
