  1. I think I have a pair of LWB ones in chrome, easily shortened to fit you SWB .
  2. 10mm X1.5 x 40 same as your crossmember bolts, bed bolts, front bumper bolts,
  3. I really doubt it , the exhaust, gas tank , front emergency brake cable are all gonna put up resistance. Plus you'll have the rear bumper in the way
  4. A Cherokee and Comanche crossmember are the same . Unless you see this indent in the crossmember it's not an ax15
  5. Install the proper 4bolt mount on the plate and install the ax15 crossmember and you'll be good to go . Your crossmember will be 3/4 inch higher than what should be on there . Then you can make a bracket to hold your exhaust up .

  7. I don't know about a YJ bracket ,but the TJ bracket is close except for the exhaust mount .

  16. Why not slide a coupler over each side of the pipe and then clamp it down ? Or technically inside the second pipe .
  17. Found one at my local yard and installed it in my 89 with a 95 XJ complete 4.0 driveline. Been to 105 but she had more , just not into pressing my luck
