DON'T WORRY GUYS! ME AND HORNBROD've GOT HIM! :brows: in all seriousness though, there's some sick wheeling not far from us, tellico, NC is about 2ish hours from atlanta and morris mountain offroad is out near hefflin, AL. both sick spots. my truck should be lifted/tired soon. -

ah well, we all make mistakes. do it again we'll burn you on one. :brows: nah man, its your truck, at least you saved it from the weeds! beer's in the fridge and i think the newcomer advice is usually don't sit on the tan bench seat in the corner... but i'm not sure -
FIXED! it can probly hold a ton and a quarter now! lost about 500 lbs of sheet metal! rock on freaky bro!

your truck actually will run just fine with the TPS not hooked up, but you'll have some popping/slight backfires at time it uses a pre-mapped fuel plan when its not getting a good signal, i know this because i installed mine backwards one time and the throttle didn't move the arm on the TPS so it got 0 all the time and i drove for about a week

ride quality and tire wear with a spooled rear is gonna be an issue. it should ride decent i suppose but turning and snow/ice idk. overall BADASS build plan. can't wait for action/pics... oh and i'll set you off nicely with a little :needpics: this thread should feel like home now  lokin forward to it man.

i suggested that last time lol, theres not really a need for more. eagle is the other moderator. they do a pretty good job especially with that new spamtrap.

on the gray one? i thought it was a trussed dummy axle?

i had death wobble and it was caused by LCA bushings, replaced LCAs and viola! smooth as glass. death wobble is a VIOLENT shaking that feels like you're inside of the paint can at home depot thats being mixed. wheel balance is a bad/annoying vibration over 50mph.(happens regularly if you cake your rims in mud and drive without knocking it off)

...been to the DMV lately? the government sucks at running most things, and healthcare is something i'd like a choice about. if i need to make an appointment i'd prefer it be reasonably soon not a month away. if we could reduce prices of health care that'd be cool but i wouldn't vote for anyone trying to make socialized healthcare. but i don't even think the prices are that bad anyways :dunno: i just pay the bill.

Whats this harness? with pic... =)

no that'd be a bad place to get power. the console light is controlled by the headlight switch and is on the circuit with the dimmer so you could mess stuff up by not sending it full voltage. -
i EF-d a honda accord up, 02ish looking thing rear-ended him (stopped without signaling and traffic was slowing so i though he was slowing. nope, stopping.) skidded (wet+dry rot tires+ill adjusted/backwards starwheels in the brakes from when i bought it) nailed him doin probly 10-15 and nearly sent the trunk into his backseat. replaced a headlight and a radiator and went on my way, (i drove it home)

congradulations on the schooln ya i went to NTI and it was bada$$ but we could only work on our truck if we had already taken the class for what we were workin on like if u needed to do brakes u could only do them if u were in breaks class or already taken the class, but there were ways around that  . outa courosity whats that school cost caus at the time NTI cost i think 26.xxx.xx or something and compaired to my brothers 3 years at the local JC and 4 at UC stanislaus it was a drop in the bucket (for my parents of course  ) . don't laugh, 535 a quarter for 2 years.

6.5 is easy, grab some old MJ leafs or explorer leafs and bastard pack the two together on SOA til desired ride height is accomplished  front, grab some rubicon express (doesn't really matter who's springs but i swear by RE) 5" springs or 6" springs and use a small spacer to get your 1/2" at 6+" you'll NEED to address control arms and probably steering. and definitely track bar. a drop bracket kit for CA's would do it, or a Long arm kit, anything for a 6" cherokee lift will work

beer's in the fridge  waitin for progress... looks like a nice truck to jump around i know i love rally racin mine down smoothish dirt roads i can only imagine what you get to do

copper cheapie champions are FSM recommended  for some reason our trucks hate platinum plugs -
it IS a total pain in the @$$... i watched my boss tear down an entire dash of a new style XJ (exploded into a million plastic pieces everywhere) took him a few hours, (he's a total badass) but it looked like sucky work man.

the newest 4.0ls have the alt on the top... my boss bought one complete frim an 06 wrangler and the serpentine setup is way different -
a junkyard dana 44 is worth NO MORE than $150-$200 IMHO. they haven't inspected it, nor will they. it is worth the price of scrap metal to them, and they WILL let it go cheaper but you need to work them down. that's TOO MUCH. half a grand? no fricking way...for that it better have brand new brakes and the gears you want. I'll drink to that

i calculated shipping on some and it said 21$is... do you know if that was for 1 tire or for all 4? i assume you had to jump that obstacle already because 21$ shipping is ALOT different than 84$ shipping when you're talking about spending 200 bucks on tires.

Another Reason I hate BA-10 (Pukes)
