Futhermore a yj ax 15 should be a direct swap. I think it was just the tcase that was clocked different an xj/mj setup.

Ok. I wanna say weld it back. But in theory you should be able to swap the case with any 4wd ax 15 as the internals shall stay the same.

Not sure what you talking about. Pic be easier as then I could read it better. What trans do you have ax 15 or ba-10?

I'm leaning towards a throw out bearing or worn clutch components. Even more so the pilot bearing. seems like you have the front button up other then swap out tires perhaps..

Thanks. Stayed toasting enough wanna wake up. definitely as anticipated. Woke up to rain inside. Definitely be insulating that before long. I was thinking of replacing the sheet aluminum with a waterproof canvas like a sail. As much as I don't the look of the mj with a topper, I think I would like a mj with a soft topper giving it more that Keiser vibe. work in progress as always. But definitely liking this lay out far better and glad I was able to take the time to come up with something on the fly. Typically how the art is most created. Had some breakfast at me favorite place and hit up the riverside per MJs request. Nice shot with my hometown grain grinders.

If don't flex out the rear till then it should stay engaged, however may utilize a 1" tcase drop or longer slip yoke to easily add an 1" or so to shaft. You don't really need to do a sye if don't want to. I run 8.5" lift with spring over and still use a factory slip yoke design. Was only $100 to have drive shop retube my driveshaft. I different option anyways.
