  1. this forum is for blogs about your project to show us all about what's going on. tech questions from the OP should really go in the Tech forum so more eyes will see them (and the answers will then be searchable by others looking in Tech).
  2. I know I've seen a couple MJs with shortened XJ racks on the cab. I just can't seem to find them. also, what about a headache rack?
  3. you just need 10 posts in other areas to open up permissions to the classifieds.
  4. satellite image shows some interesting looking cars on property.
  5. mine failed. spring rusted so bad it broke (the truck lived in michigan most all its life). a long spring worked as a bandaid for a while but eventually sitting around in georgia caused the rest of the linkage to seize up and so I just swapped out the whole assembly for a clean junkyard unit. I love southern junkyards!
  6. says 7pm PT. min $50 purchase. Maximum $100 discount. https://pages.ebay.com/promo/2018/0606/66165.html
  7. now there's something you don't see every day... https://www.dropbox.com/sh/y5g2wrpr3ycgqhm/AACHfYSJ9BIatKJbLIIexuZ_a/XJ?dl=0
  8. whichever you go with, use longer swaybar links rather than sway bar spacers. the bolts that hold up the sway bar like to snap off, even on relatively clean MJs.
  9. somebody stole your temp permit?
  10. I've made my reservation for the rental van. same price as a car with unlimited miles was just too good to pass up.
  11. you should add some details to your signature
  12. it says "estate sale". did we lose someone?
  13. the Durango usually gets 23-24 on the highway. the 4cylinder deactivation thingie is pretty awesome.
  14. progressive/dual rate springs are better at everything should soak up the bumps on the road like a champ
  15. sounds like an awesome idea. just make sure it's the correct lift height. I can't remember if TJ lift coils give more or less than XJ/MJ lift coils
  16. um, apparently I could put the spare tire there...
  17. It's been so long I don't remember what font I used on the original website decals. I'll try to look into it later.
  18. I think there's a link to the testing procedure in the link in my sig.
  19. yeah, that's not a normal occurrence...
  20. I reeeeeeallllyy like our little CRD Liberty. I like the noises it makes, the power it makes, the mpgs it makes. puts a real smile on my face every time I get into it. Having said that, my CRD has very little in common with the newer diesels and if I was looking at a grand cherokee, the Hemi is what I would get. we have the Hemi in the Durango and I agree with Bo's comments on it. it is a sweet power plant.
  21. no need. just pull off the wires and connect them together.
